They are matte lipsticks, you're not supposed to rub your lips together. All matte liquid lipsticks do that when they dry up, it's normal, that's why you have to let them dry first before putting your lips on top of each other, lmao. It even happens to me with the real ones.

Karmela Sings you did not read my comment right. i never said they still stick when they're dry, i said they will be sticky when still drying up. after it dries up then it won't be sticky. no one should rub their lips together after just applying liquid lipstick cause when you do, you ruin it. i own some of the real kylie lip kits and they also stick when they're still wet and i rub my lips together. same happens to me with lime crime and colourpop.
They do get really sticky once they start drying up, but that was literally like glue lmao
Anyways, you do have a really good point.
Some of these girls don't know what they are talking about. I just got done watching pop luxe and some of jaffree star matte lip sticks stick together. Some matte lipsticks do stick while other don't much.
