The Best Way To Install Your Roof Rails for Older Volvo ( ft. P2 V70)

This probably is the best way for us older Volvo wagon owners to install the rail system. It does not require to disassemble the trim piece, and totally eliminate the chance of you break the trim clips.

Where did you get the rubber sealer from? I looked but most places don't seem to carry them....anymore? Idk maybe it's too old to keep stock of these.

The two sealing kits seem to still be available through the Volvo network. 274183 is at least.

Do you put the washers above the rail bracket (between bracket and screw) or underneath (between bracket and body)?

Under -- between rail and body -- and Volvo still sells these adhesive neoprene gaskets
