Thank You
this tour was absolutely astonishing. I'm so happy im listening to this music now.
The last 20-25 years I can't think of a group of artists who've meant more to me. Thank you for sharing this!
You should expand your musical horizons.
@@namcat53 I actually do quite a bit, thanks. You should try expanding your life. You wouldn't waste time on such a shallow thinker like me unless you were a really small person yourself. Best of luck!
More impressed with some spray paint artists I saw on Vegas strip but keep enjoying
@MScal0316 don’t listen to these trolls.
What about Cardi B?
Fantastic solo by Mayer!
this night was my 21st birthday. i remember so vividly watching this song with tears running down my face thinking i wasn’t ready for this song to end. luckily they played the weight after. that show was so beautiful and everyone who was there knows how special that whole weekend really was
as an old deadhead it was beautiful seeing all you young folks and families at the shows. happy birthday! don't worry - the music never stopped and never will 💜
it hit me too!
this version of this song this night brings tears to my eyes for many reasons 💜
The sound of 50,000 people singing this was trully a magical sight to see, brought tears to my eye. Was so glad to be apart of one of the last shows of this tour. A true historic 3 days in the making
These guys brought back that Grateful Dead soul that’s been missing. Granted it took some original members. Yes some Grateful Dead tribute bands are cool, but there truly is nothing like a dead show with Weir and Hart. Even though Kreutzmann had to sit this one out it was still magic! I know they say this is the final tour, but I really hope I get another chance to see them live one more time. I was at the philly show 2023. Amazing.
Soul ? Kreutzman had to ? No to both
@@rdel494 what do you mean no to both. It can be your opinion that it lacked soul, sure. However, to insinuate Kreutzmann didn’t have to sit this tour out is odd considering it’s well known he has been dealing with heart issues. He had to sit some shows out last year.
@@sergio1179 billy and kids ? He even said wanted to do something different but glad you enjoying
That was amazing.. Seemed like that really meant something to Bobby… great stuff with Dave
you could tell he meant every word. there was a tear in the eye of everyone around me ❤
I cried at many points during this show. You'd think this song would have brought out the most tears in me. But I just stood dry eyed and reverent - soaking it all in and listening to every note. Trying to train my mind to remember every strum of the guitar and vocal inflection from this magical night. Thank you Dead and CO!
Thanks for posting. This is so meaningful in so many ways.
I have chills completely from my head to toe…we saw them at Gillette last summer and they played this one…to say I was crying is an understatement…beautiful…lost my old man five years ago and would’ve loved to share that one with him…Having Dave added to this rendition is fire…thank you for sharing
Thank you for the comment. Sending 💜
Saw this one at folsom a year after losing my dad and I feel the same way. I think it brought me closer to him in a way. He was a dead head during the prime years (and a huge dylan fan) and was taken way too early. He was also a huge adventurer and geolgoist so just experiencing this with the flatirons in the background was so emotional for me. So many memories I wish I could have made with him.
Truly a magical night in Boulder. Blessed to have been there.
I’m Dave guy since 1992 but this is amazing!! Dave gives that little bit of energy which is awesome!! All time all around awesome band love it
My neighbors hate you. Been replaying your beautiful vids all morning. Loud. Thank you

Great video!! Glad I found it!! Keep Knockin on the door!🎵🔥🎵
Always!
So glad I was there to see and feel this magic moment in time
I have to say. What a sweet surprise.
I heard that there might be a chance, for one more Saturday Night. On the hill of Alpine Valley, late this summer.
Only if Jam productions,
Will negotiate..

Absolutely beautiful
Very cool
Thank you for sharing!!☮️💜
Bobby never REALLY learned how to play the guitar. But somehow, he makes it work.
Beautiful
Amazing!!
Yup. That’s it right there.
Gorgeous
so symbolic in a way / come take this badge off of me I can’t use it anymore / passing of the batton/ Bob feels like he’s knocking on heavens door / like jerry playing standing on the moon /😢 NFA thank you for the music you kind MFs
I grew up with the boys 😅
Getting closer to Jerry's sweet guitar, listening to the secret, searching for the sound, but I can only hear the preacher and the baying of his hounds
Beautiful Happy 4th I went to CU
🥺🥺🥺
Prachtig as how we say in Dutch
WhaWha what the luck!
YOU SO FUNNY.
😮
Dave and John lead the next iteration of the band?
I like Dave but his vocal style is not the correct fit for the deads music
Took me a few minutes to realize who DM was on the setlist.
Humdinger crackerjack Dead on Dave.
Medicine for a heads thats in
the disgrace of cyberspace.
❤
This was awesome, but that feedback you hear was there all three nights, they never figured it out
wow again - something is happening here ..
Watchtower?
DMB opened for GD @ the last ever show -soldier field. When Mr Garcia passed a few days later DMB was playing at the Gorge in Wa. Out of respect and in acknowledgment of Jerry’s passing DMB performed Eyes of the world-Us Deadheads can be quite stubborn and unfortunately closed minded concerning “Other” music unless it has some no matter how tenuous relationship to GD- for those that would go see a cover band as opposed to a wholly unique artist -sorry -y’all are missing one of the most dynamic live bands on tour ,DMB- just go
Is anyone playing a bass guitar?
You have to imagine it
it’s a 6 string bass on the far right of the screen!
They do not have a bass player.
I think I can see Oteil with his bass out on the right.
Otiel
Waited 20 years for them to sound like this and their quit touring? WTF! Finally got the sound right for the first time since Jerry died and your gonna quit? Bob can stay home. Ottel, John and Peter can keep it going
John Mayer looks like he is playing for gas money so he can go to the next show.
The sound is terrible here, but I have to think it was much better live.
Boring, they shouldn't play Knocking, Watchtower, The Weight
keep it to yourself, it was magical the last 3 days
Or anything else , sorry
@@bigjfodayz one man gathers .....
Exactly they did
if DM sitting in was unplanned, they had to go with stuff everyone knows and these are all tried and true covers from dead history.
