I've never been IN LOVE with a trash can...until now. Replaced a 1980s trash compactor with this beauty and I've never been happier. Device works very well, and I've significantly increased recycling and reduced trash. Worth every penny!
Wow so coolI really love this. It looks so sleek! I have been waiting forever for them to restock the rosegold. But now they're saying rosegold is discontinued. They said the company is making updates to their products 🤷🏼♀️
Good question I really love the trashcan we had a problem with it it and it failed to open but I contacted the company and they replace the head unit free of charge easy to install and no problem since 😊👍🏼 I would still recommend this trashcan I think they fix the issue
Just email customer service and let them know the problem and they will send you a replacement. I had an issue where it was not opening and I emailed them and they sent me a replacement at no cost. It’s best to find your receipt in your email this way you have that as well

Hello, but there are bags for the recycle side of the can. They come in blue or clear, or you can even use the white H bags.

Yes, they are found on the simplehuman site, go to the H bags and switch the color of the bag that you wish to purchase.

My sensor is not working..showing error - can we get it replaced? do you know how much its going to cost?

Just clean the sensor and reset the voice command..
