    I notice you used thyme in your chicken curry and the mutton curry ......do use this alot ? Im sure it adds a lovely flavour to the dish . I haven't used thyme in these curries except for a mutton vegetable stew curry .
    Will try this now

    My problem is all these Indian powder's that you put in these dishes, my question is when you do monthly groceries, do you just buy these powder's together or only when you want something that will need a specific powder? Please help

    • @eatmeerecipes
      @eatmeerecipes  Před 10 měsíci +1

      Hi I am Indian so I’m always using these spices, however if you’re only going to be using them once in a while then I suggest you buy a whole lot and keep them in the freezer - this will prevent them from becoming mouldy and prevent weevils. So you can use them whenever need be 👍🏼 they last for years if you keep them in the freezer

    At the final stages of cooking (5:50) it still looked very watery. But then upon serving it looked drier. Did you drain off the excess liquid or thicken it?

      I take out step by step images and have to video in different angles hence why it got drier
