  • Just a walk around.. I thought i had issues with the Mode changing and the Menu selection. but if you see the display it is changing. My excuse is that it has been a while since i have started the bike. I forgot how it worked. hopefully this season i can get some road videos.

This video just saved my bacon. I've had my Dorsoduro for 10 year now. I couldn't figure out for the life of me how to change Modes. Silly me, was trying to use the Mode button to change modes, well after seeing your video, I need to start the bike and use the Start button to change modes. I was must about to take my bike about to figure out why the Mode button wasn't working. Thanks! Triple.

I love the bike it is amazing. lots of v-twin torque. not a wheelie machine like a supermotard MX bike. but with a change in sprockets its will be better. Excellent for highway speed and twisties. Biggest problem is you need to have a aprilia dealer close by. and a good one too not just a ducati dealer with a couple of prillers in the show room. If you have a prob it is difficult to get parts. but that being said it is Italian and it is awesome! Summer soon so there will be more vids later.

I found these bikes have a lot of loose connections on them. If you pull the bike switches apart and and firm up where the electrical connection that slides on to a electrical post that typically will work. Triple

Yes I had only one issue so far. It was the air press sensor on the front cylinder. Was a easy fix once the parts arrived. These sensor issues are on the RSV the Shiver and the Dorso.

Apparently the 1200 is the same size. Yes heavier but more power! The 750 isn't light either compared to the KTM 690 or a proper SUMO. But very flickable in the twisties. I would recommend trying out the 750. The test ride tells all!

I've had 18 bikes in the past 40 years. The Dorsoduro is thus far my favorite. I told my GF just yesterday, that I'd never sell my Dorsoduro. Triple

Great choice. congrats. dont forget to join AF1 forum. to change modes just press the start button while the motor is running, then toggle the mode button on the left bar to R,T,S. then when you are at the one you want then just leave it there. It will stay.
