Hanging Out & New Houseplant Projects

Come hang out with me and checkout our new houseplants and projects. We’re doing a lot of interesting things like testing fish aquarium lights on house plants as cheap grow lights. We’re also building a smaller room that’s completely devoted to house plants and we’re hanging up some DIY grow lights from the ceiling. We’ve also been trying to get rid of some of the house plans that we don’t care about as much just because it’s kind of a little bit of stress alleviated off our shoulders.
We live in Minnesota and we’re trying to prep for winter because winter is a pretty big deal with all the house plants. We have to ensure that we have enough grow lights to accommodate for highlight plants, and also make sure that the plants don’t start to die back too much with their transitioning to new locations.

Yes seasonal depression is a thing. I go thru it every winter. I love Spring and summer. When it starts to get colder I can feel my depression starting to kick in.
