Huge Planted 2ft Aquarium Rescape!

Hello everyone and welcome back to Chris Aquatics, In todays video I finally decided to re scape my 2ft planted aquarium that is currently home to 8 Super Red shortfin Bristlenose and 5 albino short fin bristlenose. Also has a handful of Adult and juvenile ricefish.

The Light is off ebay just a led 60cm light meant for plant growth I have had it for years so do not fully know the name of it.
Substrate is either fluval stratum or Mastersoil
The aquarium also is hooked up to some light co2 from my Co2 Art Diffuser
The Tank has a sponge filter with a 2.5W air pump and a kmart heater
Plants List keeping in mind I do not know all the names
Stem Plants
Rotala Red
Ambulia
Ludwigia
Crypts
Crypt Balansae
Crypt Wendtii Bronze
Echinodorus Fancy Twist and a few other types
Trident Fern
Bolbitus
Anubias Nana
Anubias Pinto
Mixed Buce types the only one I know the Id of is Brownie Ghost
Pleco Cave is from Ezy Caves im fairly sure.
