Most people love someone for their personality, the fact that they have many things in common, they find each other's company pleasurable and many other things. Beauty may attract someone in the first place, but may not necessarily continue when they get to know the person better if they don't find the personality likeable. And in the Crown she was deliberately made to appear unlikeable because that is how the scriptwriter decided to present her.

Diana knew Charles was seeing Camilla before they got married. I hate how Charles treated her, which is awful. I do not blame her for cheating on him since he was with Camilla and does not care about her.

    • @pegasus5148
      @pegasus5148 Před 3 lety +28

      Diana's cheating resulted in a man's death.
She had an affair with her protection officer, Barry Mannakee who was married and had two children.
His wife became a widow and has two children had to grow up without him.
That family was destroyed and they would not be the only ones.
Remember, Henri Paul died in the crash as did Dodi Fayed but Trevor Reece Jones who was up front, survived.
he cannot remember anything because he knows if he does they will kill him too!
The crash didn't kill Diana so they held her in the tunnel.
You cannot marry into a powerful family like that and betray them the way Diana did and expect to walk away.
Had she not shared children with Charles they could have exiled her but that was not an option.
Dodi was a problem because he was a cocaine user and he was a Arabic heritage which upset the Middle East because they knew Diana would go into campaigning for the Palestinians and that could not be tolerated.
Mohamed was playing Matchmaker in an attempt to gain citizenship and the Queen knew what was going on.
I believe Dodi had gotten Diana pregnant because why else would they have killed him too and why did they quickly embalm Diana against all French law.
Danny Nightingale, a member of the SAS was court-martialed because another soldier went home and told his wife that their elite regiment was responsible.
This led to the Scotland Yard detectives interviewing the wife and her mother.
This was the scope in 2013.
They had to hush it all back up again because apparently these two women gave the detectives compelling accounts of what took place in the tunnel.
They knew about the strobe light as did Richard Tomlinson who was a former MI6 agent.
Danny Nightingale and Soldier N, as he is known, knew what the assignment was when they took it.
Tony Blair worn Diana about the relationship with Dodi but she obviously didn't listen and the agents took her out on Mohamed's watch and that's what he got for going behind the Queen's back.
She would have never been able to approve of that Union.
You have to understand the Queen has her spies and they report back.
Diana have become a serious threat to national security.
She also had plans to have a rival Court in the United States and she wanted to take the princess out of Elizabeth's court and into hers.
No way was that going to be allowed to happen.
They weren't going to let Diana drop any more "bombs" on Windsor Street.
The book by Andrew Morton was a smear campaign and the interview with Martin Bashir was also a way of getting people to turn away from Charles.
Both of these were seen as huge betrayals because they were.
As James Whitaker said: "the country had been divided, you cannot have that if you're the Sovereign, you've got to have unity."
He also added: "you have to remember if you are not a royal blood you are totally expendable in their eyes.
They are utterly ruthless, the Windsors they will get rid of people and that includes people that marry into them."

@@juzojuzo1806 I really believe the secret service took her out from all the research I have done.
Diana herself knew that her bodyguard Barry Mannakee had been killed by the secret service.
she speaks of it in the secret tapes however she does not disclose that he was married and had two children!
Her close friend, Simone Simmons claimed that Diana knew she was going to be bumped off because she says so publicly in a documentary.
This is not about hating Diana.
I thought she was extremely charismatic and glamorous.
People were so infatuated and enthralled with her.
It was easy to understand why.
Unfortunately, Diana may have had cluster B personality disorder.
She was not "thrown to the wolves" as she claimed she was.
The Queen was very much on her side until Diana decided to go behind her back in a very bad way.
You simply cannot get on national television and talk about the Queen's son and such a negatory way.
You can't say things like; you don't think he's fit to rule when he's the Queen's son, he's been raised in the Court and you're married into that family.
I wish Diana had never married Charles but then we never would have known the phenomenon that she would become.
      She had the Midas touch.
whatever charities you choose she could raise all the money in the world for that charity.
The problem was, she was on the "smear campaign" trail with the house of Windsor and she had to be stopped.
Israeli intelligence also knew that she was going to campaign for the Palestinians and they could not tolerate that.
Modsad is one of the five secret services of Israel and when they learned about Diana's plans, they joined with MI6 and took her out.
None of the agencies will ever "hand-over" their files.
      Why?

And I thought the casting of Diana here was brilliant. It had to be someone unknown who could come along and completely convince us (apart from some of the glances she made which were a little on the nose). No mean feat! And Gillian Anderson was awesome (albeit a bit too breathy). Can't say I'm itching to watch any single one of the new actors mentioned take on the roles...

Fascinating that the pretty heavy handed links of the stag symbolism from the movie “The Queen” and this new series haven’t been pointed out. It’s clear where the creators of “The Crown” pulled from for that episode. There was even a scene in the hanging room. Plus the symbolism seemed more layered than just about the Mountbatten assassination. Having Diana be the one who spotted the stag, etc. and being the key to the kill, shows that Diana was hunting her prince - a heartbroken wounded Prince Charles. She knew how to play the game and win - she was just probably too young and a bit too naive to understand what winning would mean - not a fairytale.

At some point Phillip had to grow the f up so why not make Charles. Taking the decimation of Diana out of the equation.
