Boondocks is iconic, hilarious, and of course thought provoking, but first and foremost, Boondocks is Anime. It may have been produced by Williams Street aka Cartoon Network's Adult Swim studios, but the art style is Anime. Maybe not traditional Japanese Anime, maybe not Chinese, nor Korean, but the art style as well as the action scenes are right there with the aforementioned variations.

I'm saying, CJ usually rewrites the dialogue just a bit to make it hilarious, and he barely had to rewrite anything for Stinkmeaner. Nearly everything was verbatim what was in the episodes lol
A quick note on Rufus: his crab net that he used as a weapon is a nod to the Kung Fu movie Master of the Flying Guillotine. The main guy uses a basket outfitted with razors to both cut his enemies to ribbons or take off their heads at will. It's a pretty good movie.

This man was my introduction to Black Air Force energy, a true hater and any and all things. The Hateocracy just took things to a whole new level and most likely inspired who knows how many anime animators and writers to step up their game as they came BEFORE Madara, the VP of the Black Air Force Round Table, faded an entire army and made it look easy-they saw that they took notes from Naruto so the people working on Shippudden decided to do the same. When it screwed Tom's wife, I wasn't sure what was worse, the fact that he actually did it-or the fact he was able to make her moan like a pornstar despite using the same equipment as Tom, something Tom's never been able to do.

As someone who’s scene BoonDocks I find it amazing that CJ didn’t just do the voices for these guys, He Whole-ass quoted over 90% of the interactions directly from the show.
He needs to be a VA if they ever reboot it.
