Lunch ku eppovume full meals dan, breakfast romba simple: 4 idli 1vada kapi , naduvula murukki theni, kadala mittai ellam kanakule vaaradu. so motham oru 3000 calories easy aa ulle pogum. Chumma va naanga parambara parambarai aa thoppai potukitu irukom.
