Hey I love your content and you inspired me to start my locs journey too! I was wondering if when you took out these soft locs, did they damage your locs at all or thin them out? Really want to do some butterfly locs on my 2 month starters
Thank you so much! They didn't damage them at all actually and they were really easy to slide out after I wet them.
Thanks for this tutorial. I was able to it myself. 🙂 I didn't take into account that I have 120+ locs so it ended up being a lot of hair. Still looks nice though just slightly heavy
next time try combining a few together for each faux loc

Your hair looks amazing!!! I have a question: when you’re wrapping the spring twist around, how do you secure it once you’re a the end? That part I didn’t see. How do you make it stay?
Thank you but I don't do anything for the ends. I just continue wrapping around the tip. The hair stays secured on it's own since it's curly.

It unwrapped easily. I didn't have any issues with takedown or tangles.

Yeah, pretty much. It wasn't a big deal if I didn't though because they're similar colors.
How many natural locs do you have? Asking bc I have over 100 and I really want to do this but I don’t want it to look bulky lol

@@yasminjones6027 I have seen other videos and they would suggest you add like 2 of your loc in one soft loc so the whole thing is less bulky
