With the ends I believe she did loc knots. When I did mine I just plaited them down and dipped them in hot water and made them wavy. I’m not too good at loc knots right now 😣

It depends on where you buy it from this was 4 packs from Amazon if it’s Cuban Marley hair i normally use about 5-8 packs

I'd say just make the twists thicker with the marley hair to even out parting proportions.

Exactly, that’s a good question. I’m running into the same thing, my locs are more matured and the ends are fully budded. I’m doing the same exact technique but my ends are poking out big time😭😅

How do you make it not bungie, I just did mine and the top of mine are unraveling and the mid section is good and the end is all messed up (only because I didn’t add the extended like you did)
Rotate your fingers as you twist and use a small amount of product down the twist

Just do 1 with 3 locs instead of 2 somewhere in the back or middle where it won't be noticeable.
How do I get the Marley hair not to loosen when I am done twisting them ? They get so loose the twist is no longer tight
Follow the senegalese twist method. Twist the strands as you twist the hair together and it should stay tight for you.
Twist ya hair the opposite way using you would twist over a twist but to make it tighter you twist one piece down then you rope the other piece

Ok got you. So would you count prior to starting. I’m trying to get into doing locs. I braid now but so many clients are asking if I do Locs. I just want to do all my research before anything. So can a client with no Locs want this on their natural hair. Sorry for all the questions?
@@dianeandrew7505 yes you can do this on natural hair i don’t count first i twist pretty tight so if there’s an uneven number you can’t tell it looks normal
Stick the Bobby pins through the hair not over.
Bobby pins will ruin the twist and actually don’t go through locs that’s why I suggested the open push Bobby pins
