Thank you so much love for this tutorial. I have been wanting to do twist over my locs but did not want to add hair to my roots. I love how you only added the hair to the end of the loc just extending it instead of adding it to the roots causing extra tension. It gives you the exact same look but it is safer for the integrity of your loc. Thank you so much for this tutorial and God bless you.

Bisssshhhhhhh! but that's how esstatic I am 🤗🤗🤗 I've had locs for like 5 years and I retwist myself but have never been able to do a two strand twist in my hair and have the root stay tight You're the first one to explain doing under it's like I finally graduated kindergarten😅

Awesome! How many packs of hair did you use? Also, how long did you keep them in, and were they easy to remove?
I used 1 1/2, split the hair so it wouldn’t b so heavy and have a light feel, this style can last a month depends on how you take care of it, very very very easy to take down, it’s my all time go t hair style lol

Heya! How long did you have these in your head. And after you took them out, how long did you wait for a retwist?
It depends on how you take care of them and how quick the growth of your hair comes in. I keep mines up for a month and when I take them down my locs are cute and wavy. I retwist my hair every 3 months.

Honestly I didn’t time it but if you take away the recording aspect of it, including washing my locs, maybe 2 hours
my twists won’t seal at the ends do you have any advice to keep them from puffing up
It all depends on the hair you use, the hair in the video that I use is really good at staying twisted but also once you finish dip your ends in hot water
Would you recommend this hair over the springy twist hair ?
Yes, this is the only hair I would use.
Do you suggest this for starter locs. I’ve had locs for 3 months. Or is it better for mature locs?
Wait till your hair is a bit more mature
I would wait a little until it starts to loc. I have done this on my daughters starter locs due to her not properly taking care of them. It has help her though but of course she is 11 lol.
How did you tuck the ends of your real locs? I've tried this and mime pop out
You have to tuck it in the Marley hair then twist it. I hope that helps ☺️
how many bags you used ?
I used 1 1/2 because the hair is thick, I was able to split it in two to save on hair

How did you secure the ends of the added hair?
Just twist down the entire length.
Depending on the hair you use, it should hold on its own once you twist down to the end or you can dip them in hot water.
