    I eat healthy always n exercise atleast 6 days a week but was shocked to see that cholesterol was increasing every year. But now after watching your video understand my numbers better and also the concept of Athletes paradox.

      @@Applefan101 i don't know what to do with him, he is so stubborn, for him exercising means only walking for hours. Im tired. He is avoiding rice , fat from milk, oil etc, which are healthy cholesterol.

    Cholesterol levels have no effect on heart disease. It is the insulin resistance that cause heart disease. The markers of insulin resistance are high blood sugar, high blood pressure, etc.
