    I am having Genetic Chalestrol from last 32 years,stopped eating all healthy things and spoiled my health by listening to doctors .

    OMG thanks Rujutha. This was so informative. I am in my early 30s and almost have like a perfect body. I always considered myself healthy. I work out, play badminton, follow a healthy diet, consume very less sugar. I checked my cholesterol recently and have HDL low and TG high. I couldn’t believe and I was lost. All my doubts are cleared and this has been very helpful 😊.

    My LDL is 117.and now I am more health conscious.though I do yoga but I am having stress ( trauma ) for a long time .

    My normal weight used to be 53kgs but during my pregnancy I went up to 71kgs.
    Postpartum 68kgs. Now I am 55kgs and my baby is 2 years old. I want to thank you ma’am for your lessons. As you always say, the process of losing weight should be slow and sustainable. I did the same. No crash diets or heavy work outs. It was all about portion control, eating seasonal foods and not binging on processed foods and aerated drinks.

    Extremely useful session. You have covered the topic so well. I have come across your basic stretches on youtube. My goodness not basic at all for me. Cannot do some of them .     Thanks so much for educating us on this topic. My tg level was 642 sounds absurd but true all because of stress tension and sleeplessness and menopause due to which sugar levels shoot up.
    We have natural food all year, and nothing to do with any kind of bad habits but still body is out of control.

    My cholesterol level is 9.8 , I m shocked with my blood reports, it was 4.6 , I m vegetarian, eating lots of nuts natural food fruits . I don't drink any soft or hard drink . After watching this video I m relaxed

    Mam my TG is around 3 thousand to 4 thousand. I tested is not genetic too. I was close to 5 thousand. When I do very strict diet then I was around 3 thousand. Now I am not doing any dite. I eat ghee, eggs , coconut, chocolate,all fresh foods and vegetables. My digestion is good too. I poo 💩 twice in a days mostly 3 times. But when I am busy then only one time. Shall I keep continuing eat ghee. I drink whole milk. Yes I do have lot of energy. Even doctor took my blood samples to study. Usually,when we go to hospital it take long time to be checked up. I hate to go hospital . But for my cholesterol I see doctor was extremely excited to meet me. He was in fact waiting for me in front desk. So I told doctor this is the quickest doctor visit I ever been to. Doctor said," you are special". I hardly eat junkies food. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

    My HDL is high and VLDL and Tryglycerides are low, but my LDL is high and hence total cholestrol is borderline high.

    I am a bengali, and as per my granny - we eat fish daily (albeit fresh water fish) with loads of vegetables in JHOL format :) How about this ?
