I have a set track curve like yours and have to use it due to space, all other points are electrofrog. I am having trouble but you have just explained to me very easily how to get over the problem. Thank you Mike, I understand everything. Great tutorial.

Well done. Clearly explained. Quite odd that suddenly out of the blue it started to become a problem. I only use electrofrog points. Rob

Nice tutorial, Pretty much what I have done with my electrofrogs. On those bits of wire joining the rails, I attached dropper wires to them and it saved soldering on extra wire later (but probably not needed with insulfrog?)

I understand everything except the V points. You have soldered them together here, but if you use insulated joiners the V will be dead. How does the current get to the V and how does it change from positive to negative?

I followed everything except what now determines the polarity of the V section? If you use insulating joiners the whole V section will be dead? Thanks

Turnouts are and have been a mystery to me. In F scale with three rail (two for narrow gauge, and one for expanded standard gauge) The turnouts are even more of a problem for me. I have 1:1 F scale drawings, that may help when I get ready to build one. Still, your video helps with some detail that I like! Thanks Regards, Solomon

Don't you have to use non conductive joiners between the frog and the attached rail?

Great ex[planation that has been poorly covered elsewhere IMHO.
