    Thank you for these terrific 10 minute workout videos. I used them to help stay in shape while I fasted for the holy month of Ramadan. In the past, I would take a month off from working out but now I can resume my normal workout routine without too much muscle loss after the conclusion of the month! You rock!

    These no repeat workouts are great! I now get in two different no repeat workouts with my other training. I've never been a huge fan of the multiple set workouts. A lot of them were very time consuming, boring to me, and weren't that motivating. Again so grateful I found this channel. Thinking about joining a Zeus Fitness program. Thanks Grant for these videos. I'm still feeling that legs one from the other day haha 💪👍

    Crunches are the worst for me. I don't think I am able to do the full range of motion
