Definitely the old style. I never did get a handle on how often it happens, but that style is attached to the engine valve cover and as it vibrates enough can crack that and send metal into the engine causing catastrophic failure. My 2022 came with the new style which is rotated 90 degrees and attached differently. There is a replacement kit to upgrade for the older style to avoid that possibility.
