How to wash sis only use warm water or using shampoo
@@sana_9 I used shampoo to get rid of the curd thoroughly so that no bit of the curd is still on the lengths of my hair because if not then it can cause hair fall

For washing hair shigakkai is best rather than shampoo
I applied curd + honey + lemon paste as suggested by you and it really helped me. In just one wash I got rid off dandruff. Thank you so much!

1. 5 to 6 hibiscus flowers boil with some water then blend them and mix with warm coconut oil.Apply on scalp.
2.Fenugreek(methi seeds) with amla and curry leaves blended with yoghurt.Make a thick paste apply on scalp and leave it for sometime.
3.Lemon juice,honey and yoghurt.

Rosemary oil help to stop greying but you have to dilute it and also if you tak evlack strap molasses it reverses greying
