I am new to your channel and I love it, especially the "no music" videos. After I watch this video, I'm going to check out the avocado chocolate tart (such a curious combination).
Im curious as to why you prefer the no music ones.
I made this tart a few days ago. You hardly taste any of the avocado (do make sure you have good quality and ripe ones). It just makes the filling so velvety and smooth, like you would with butter, flour and all the other usual stuff. I recommend this recipe. It's so simple and easy to do, and of course because it's delicious. The crust is amazing, too.

What's amazing about your kitchen is that almost everything in there is easily attainable in America, and nothing seems particularly Japanese other than maybe the knives. It seems like a lot of things you have had to be imported. Which makes me realize how fortunate I am to have easy access to pretty much all of the equipment that you had to import. Definitely taking inspiration from your kitchen design. Very beautiful!
The amount of estrogen here is amazing :) I knew that females like a man who is proper, organized and can cook. But this is taking it to the next level!

My aunt was like that. Sometimes it felt suffocating being around her. I tried not to touch her stuff, especially those inside her room, except for the musical jewelry box with the ballerina.
Blah!!! Life would be so boring and constricted. Trust me when I say it because I come from a background where we are taught how to sit for a whole year and even hold our toothbrushes!!!! It's fucking tiring.

I'm jealous at that kitchen .. it might actually be smaller than mine, but much better distribution and use of space. Mine is a mess.. narrow and long with lots of unusable space... Loved watching how you do your storage! Arigato!

I think a lot of viewers are curious about your oven because it's very different from what we find in Europe or in the US. When I started to live in Japan I was so surprised to see "microwaves" doing all the oven functions! Now I own a Panasonic ビストロ something, and I love it. :)

私もお菓子作りなどをするのですが、粉ダニ？！などが 騒がれるようになってから気になって 冷蔵庫に入れてますが 結構 かさばるので困るのですが、りょうやさんは、粉類の保存は 冷蔵庫では、ないんですね？！

Taris Nur Kamilah mandheling = kopi mandailing. Just the english version of mandailing. You can easily find it in north sumatra, but the coffee beans that he bought is premium version and we never get it because most of companies only produced it to be exported.. Maybe at least you will find the grade A version. Haha so irony for us as indonesian.
