Are you interested in getting even more powerful shots in badminton? The secrets can be found in the grip and the way you rotate your forearm. It's really not about the wrist, that's a misconception - but the forearm is the reason many players hit harder with more ease than others.
How To Use Fingers and Wrist For POWERFUL shots in Badminton?
In general the fingers must hold loose around the badminton racket. Mostly carried by the thumb and pointing finger. The middle finger might rest and help a small amount. When you are to hit the shuttle you (1) When shuttle approach the racket rotate the forearm in the direction you want to hit (2) Just when the shuttle is about to hit the strings squezze or tighten up your grip to make a more powerful shot.

Very clearly and comprehensively explained. Thank you very much.
Thanks a lot for the kind words đ đ
Can you explain why we donât see pro players having such loose fingers when they smash?
When Smashing the swing is much bigger. If you hold this loose while Smashing you will simply drop the rotate or lose it. You will have to keep it tighter so it won't fall out of you hand
watch praveen jordan's grip before he smash

Some day please send me one of your racquet!
Which racquet u r using ?
Tak igen for videoen!
1) Brug flere svip serve
1) Blyant/Kuglepen
2) Tusser
3) Sprittusser
What is the Make & Model of this racket ?
Www
The passion and dedication demonstrated by participants are palpable. It's clear that everyone here cares deeply about the topic at hand.đ
