On your oil pan there are 2 drain plugs. The one that you used on the side and one on the very bottom of the pan. Just a few suggestions if I may 1) get a 2nd drain pan, you'll need it if you haven't already figured that out. 2) use the bottom drain on the oil pan so you get as much of the old oil as possible. 3)I noticed that you started the truck after changing the fuel filters. Next time wait until you have changed the oil before starting. By starting when you did, you put more old oil up into the engine. 4) get 2 2x10s and make ramps. Thatll give you neary 6" more height to crawl under the truck. 5) instead of those pans, if possible get an old 35-55gal plastic barrel, cut it and use that for your catch pan. 6) get a 5gal bucket hand pump or something similar to pump the new oil out of those buckets and in to your truck.
