The MPs send their question in writing to the Speaker/Chairman in advance and the Minister in charge/PM have to be present when the member raises that question in Question Hour next day. If they can't be present themselves, they are bound to depute someone to answer on their behalf.
Democracy is just an illusion. Not everyone's right is equally represented. The majority always wins so the individual who voted against a certain individual has basically no rights. You think people are rich enough to start a small manufacturing workshop. The price of a lathe machine is 14 lakhs. Which exam do you need to pass to qualify for an industrial job? Most of the graduates drive taxis or do delivery boy jobs; they don't have a source circle recommendation to get a good industrial job. The loan schemes will only make people's lives miserable. The Kabuliwala scheme only works with people who already own businesses, not all common people.

The role of media in a democracy:

I don't think he cares about parliament either. We have seen 141 MPs getting suspended and a bill is getting passed silently after that.

2)If you feel you are not supposed to answer to press why are you giving interviews , you could have just done rally
3) according to you if press shouldn't ask questions which is thier very fabric what else they should do .

4) Modi's and government's attendance is good in parliament. If opposition is absent, it's not his fault. No citizens has lost any basic rights, don't spread fake stories. Besides if there is violation of basic rights people must go to courts as per law.
