The Baby -1 is one of my all time favorites 😍
Love old school videos
I went to a yard sale a few months ago. The guy buys storage units and the unit belonged to a bass fisherman, and I loaded up on new in box TN Tuffy's, the stamped Mann's Baby 1 as well as the Mann's Mid 1 made in the USA, some older Poes, and Fat Free shads and fingerlings.
Nice Old School box Mr. Missle!!
Awesome!! Great video and informative. Big O
Sure enjoyed this one. It’s great to see what guys grew up throwing & what they would throw besides sponsored product. But really nice to see the discontinued vintage stuff guys are buying or keeping.
I have a box like this with older crankbaits that I keep in my boat for that panic button scenario because I've caught so many fish on them but in all honesty it's hard for me to throw them where I need to because you can't buy them anymore and I'm scared of losing them. Great video as always keepem coming brother!!!
Great video!
Love my little John and rock crawler in the early spring both in spring craw color
You could do this type of video every week. I love to find an oldie but goodie.
Those Ron E Bee's are tough to find. Awesome baits!
Tennessee Tuffy crankbaits. I still have some. A favorite. Bomber Speed Shads. I still catch them on Buggs with it. Another old Bagley I use is the "honey bee." Great video. Thanks for sharing.
Strike pros were big in Texas. They wiggle like crazy and fish eat em. Still have several.
My two favorite oldies are a Rebel Humpback with a baby bass pattern and a Storm with a perch pattern and rattle. I've caught hundreds of huge bass on that Humpback running just under the surface. I'm afraid to use it any more because I don't want to lose it. On the Storm, I've caught a decent number of bass, but since I moved to Colorado about 30 years ago, I keep catching rainbow trout on it of all things. I was shocked beyond belief the first time it happened.
A couple new balsa’s are PH or Phil Hunt Custom lures, and Cliff Pace’s Black Labels. I throw both of those a lot. I met the builder of the Tennessee Toughies a few weeks ago at the antique lure show in Pigeon Forge. He had for sale the last day maybe 20 of his creations for $150 each. He said that was going to be the last ones made.
The cotton Cordell big O white with black stripe or chrome n black has always been a good cheap bass catcher for me
Cool
Cool video. Might want to add an old Luhr Jensen Speed Trap. 👍
