    2008 Xterra faulty sensor as indicated by tire shop after already spending over a grand on new tires, quoted another $70.00 replace one bad sensor. I declinded. Can this be disabled?

    Quick question, what should I do if the front left is not resetting? It's probably the sensor at fault, but how do I prompt the system to go to the front right tire and so forth

    Simple and straight to the point, nice. Thanks

    What did you do to the sensor you pulled out? Replace it or just clean it?

    Hello, I bough new sensors and when I put it in training mode the left front doesn't go through

    Did I hear that right at the end of the video he says it did not take. So this means the truck has not been retrained yet correct?

    On a 2009 Ford F-150 can I use the deflate method the train the TPMS instead of the TPMS Activation tool?

    May I ask if the TPMS Transmiter work on vehicles other than Ford?

      It's just what Ford provides the dealerships. this is a crappy video so it's missing a lot of info.

    if you train the tires by deflating the tires and it doesn't honk on one of the sensors, does that indicate that the sensor it didn't honk on is the bad sensor?

    • @flmmaz

      In most cases it is safe to say yes.

    Virtually useless. It shows how to take a wheel off a vehicle and then break it down - but no information on how to install the sensor

    • @flmmaz
      @flmmaz  Před 5 lety +3

      You are correct. When I changed the sensor, someone’s radio was playing in the background. CZcams flagged it as a copyright infringement and took the video down. I had to cut all that footage out as I didn’t have the ability to mute it at the time. This was back when I filmed with my phone and my vids sucked!

    • @jdwht2455

      How 'bout doing an update then without the music. Lots of folks would like a pros version instead of the often misleading and dangerous DIYers. I'm not a DIYer but retired from doing auto mech work for a living but have little experience with a TPMS on a Ford other then relearning the system with their Motorcraft TPMS 19 tool

    • @mikekopisz1227
      @mikekopisz1227 Před 4 lety +1

      Actually,this shows the key part,which is putting it in training mode....you actually DO NOT need the training tool to make it learn....all you need to do is deflate the tire a little until the horn honks,then move on to the next wheel and repeat until you've done all 4...the tool just makes it quicker and no need to re-inflate after training
