Love this technique, It’s like a surprise when you finish kneading the fondant, lol you can’t figure out which side you like best!!
I used this video and made a super cool galaxy looking marbling! Thank you 🙏 I do have to say that I'd rather cut down on the sugar amount on those butter cream/ cream cheese butter cream recipes instead of using salted butter. I used your chocolate cream cheese recipe and cut down the sugar by more than half and it was amazing! The kids had tasted the American butter cream the week before and loved the modified version so much more. Thanks for your awesome videos, they've helped me so much😍

I was taught to add drops of gel food coloring to the fondant but I like your technique SOOOO much better. I think it gives you more control over the outcome. Although I’ve seen you do this before I learned something new.

I’m glad I found you you trying to make a living yes but you get to a certain age that you can’t keep up with those young ones in the hotel anymore are used to work for the Ritz carlton south beach trying to buy a book right now. Somethings going wrong with my system. I can’t seem to put it through but anyways I will. I’ll try again today, thank you for doing what you do. I’ve tried this twice and the fondant always looks muddy…Maybe I’m using too many dark shades 🤷🏻♀️ but after watching this video I think I’ll give it another try.
