woodland camping using full onewind hammock equipment. 12 foot hammock from onewind.
Hi Dan , It's great that One Wind listen to peoples comments ,and are not afraid to make changes to their products .👍
Yes, onewind that's how a hammock should be, I'll be all about that with my Christmas money😂
Dan , the extra width in a hammock is a must for a diagonal lay so your flatter . This looks good 👍🏻
Good review. they seem to be a good company for listening to customers. Thanks and stay safe.
They are getting better then the bigger brands now mate
That's cool mate looks good for summer
Thank you for the very thorough video appreciate you getting in there and talking about the extra fabric and the under blanket, I really would like to see the under blanket. A good quality one.
Nice hammock . Really looks comfy .
I will see how comfy it is mate when I get out over Christmas
Had a hammock for my birthday, I’ll give it a whirl before I decide between it or the tent! Great review, looking forward to complete set camp out! Stay safe atb 👍🦊
Looks a nice piece of kit Dan, cheers Pal !
If you leave the stuff sack on you can store the bugnet in there Dan
Brill thanks for sharing 👍
Good looking hammock good show thanks
Thank you for your review looks a good one 👍 😊
Thankyou for watching
Just bought the one wind hammock & tarp can’t wait to use it
Have a great evening Camp out mate ! .😊
You sir have a healthy complexion and a nice hammock
Great vid Dan ,I would like to see how you would set a tarp up with this as I new to hammock camping.ive just brought this one and would be good to see a full set up and how it works.
Looks good for the money 👍👏👏
hammok camping is the only way to go for a great nights rest, i have been using a ENO double nest with a thermarest slacker net system so i can let my dog sleep in the botton under the hammok ... i'm a fat guy so we build up whooppie slings from 3/16 amsteel, i'm 230 and my 100lb pit bull sleeps in the hammok with me from time to time
ugh I've got too many hammocks and you've gone and made me want another LOL ha ha ha..... Merry Christmas EWM
Happy Christmas to you and your family Brother❄️🎄🇬🇧🇺🇸🎄❄️
Great review mate, great hammock. looks like that's another going to the collection 🤣🤦♂️
Not got a clue I just love watching 😍 the only hammock I’ve lay in was out side my hut on a beach in Thai land 😁 well chilled haha 😆 gone are the days lol 😝 2002 if I remember correctly 😁
03:53 - even comes with a free pair of pants...wow!
Our 24 yr old son has dumped his bed for a hammock to sleep in he loves it 💕😂
Brilliant hahaha.
It looks like a flat lay hammock ie right lay not center reminds me of my dream hammock .. there gear looks good
The net was a bit too much because you tightened the ridgeline. It’s made where it’s not going to rip with the ridgeline at max length- which the only way to make the concept possible.
Although this seems somewhat more practical and does save weight, you can not leave the net at home in wintertime so it will weigh on you when not in use. Also, mosquitos might get you from the underside unless you use a pad or underquilt. I think a separate net might be superior for those reason. What do you guys think?
Is it big for a diagonal iay ?? As in not lying straight but across the hammock??don't know just a thought mucka 😁👍 LOVE WHAT YOU DO MATE 😁👍
Yes mate it seem OK for a diagonal lay.
That looks like a cheap way ta figger out if I wanna upgrade my Dutch ta 12 footer and still have a great spare fer the friend.....
Do ya think this hammock is better than the DD front line XL ? I've got the DD looking for something lighter in weight
Never had the DD XL MATE but this hammock is 12 foot
@English Woodsman ah right OK man thanks just wondering if my dd underquilt would clip on to this one
I've got to stop watching you and Oscar Outdoor's. You both recommend to much cool stuff. Hehe. Good review man. 🏴
So then you say it could be for winter even better mate
With the onewind underblanket yes mate 100%
Cracking hammock and I’m the only uk stockist hit me up if you want some gear 👌
Is that weight correct? That’s like half a ton ? I think I prefer the onetigris hammock straps are way better and the stuff sack it a line organiser and stuff
They say it is mate on the website
@@englishwoodsman I know I double checked lol that’s crazy
Not on their web site yet. Only the bottom entry bugnet.

Found it. Bought it. 12’
I haven't slept in a tent since I got my hammock! This one is a bit too expensive for me and also a bit big.
Which one do you use instead?
@@jessicabasurto9485 I got an unbranded one with a fixed hoop bug net off ebay a few yrs ago then a couple of yrs ago i got an unbranded one with a net held up with an inner ridge line like this one as it packed smaller but tbh the one with the hoops is better as it keeps the net well away from your face. Im pretty sure they are about 9ft long, I'm 5ft8 and they are perfect length for me. If you had to to you could open out the bunched ends and peg down the hooped one like a bivvy like that fancy one DD do.
But I have paid more for a hennesey hammock which is extremely uncomfortable
£70. not bad - try to sort that amount of material and cost it. It ain't cheap. so, more expensive that other ones (dd etc) but not extortionate by any stretch. just my 2c.
The extra material is because it’s a diagonal lay hammock, the DD are for ‘banana lay’
Poor bug's no hammock to sleep on hahaha 😂
107 stone?? That's me out.....ha ha.
A bit pricey for a gathered end hammock but a nice size for a diagonal lay
For this price range there is much better out there.
Yes hoo poo I fully agree but that's the great thing so many different brand to pick from .
Yet you won't lave links to these "better" ones at the same price range, smh.
Which one is better for the price?
