Have the patience in your daily life that Daryl has when dealing with Michael
Despite a lot of the office workers not respecting the warehouse, Darryl is the most professional person in the entire show. Hard-working, serious about his job but not completely robotic since he can joke around about some small things now and then, doesn’t take bs from anyone including Michael, up-front about what he wants, and has good relationships with his subordinates. He’s probably the only person on this show I would genuinely want to work with other than Jim before he became co-manager tbh
The best advice Darryl gave to Michael, "You need to stop calling yourself a baby daddy."
At least until Michael left, after that Darryl became a joke
