Had this lady come in handing out homemade flyers for her food. She had just came back from a couple years learning in Africa, humanitarian aid kinda stuff. She worked out of her apartment complex but maaaaaan! The portions were huge and the food was bomb!!! Peanut chicken, brown sugar rice, sweet potatoes, black beans, collard greens. Some kinda fluffy bread and a big ass mango juice drink. I never slept so good, stomache was happy and full for a day and a half. She ended up making enough money that she was able to move to San Francisco. I’m not able to get it where I live anymore, but I’m stoked she was able to get her hustle on and feed the community, and was able to be successful enough to get out of the sticks. Hope she’s doing good wherever she is now!!

Had a place like this in "the hood". It was a regular house with small order/walk-up window in the front. The chicken was the bomb. Always busy from noon until 2am. Good food is good food.
