10 Minute Belly Home Workout (No Jumping + No Equipment)

  • Hi, I'm Rhea. This is a 10 minute workout that is focused on the belly (especially the obliques). We have 10 moves, 40 seconds work followed by 20 seconds rest. We are going be using large muscle groups for a number of exercises to get the maximum burn along with some exercises to tighten the abdominal muscles.

    I done this exercise for 1 month....morning walk....dieting and i lost 10kgs this is so good.....and yes this work for teenagers I'm 17 years old.....love it

    1 day -> Done ( Difficult)
    2 day -> Done ( very difficult, but after workout it make me so relax)
    3 day -> Done ( Today also I struggled a lot and my legs are paining but feeling good after workout.
    4 day-> Done (today I not feel that much difficulty in doing workout).
    5 day-> Done ( today I feel it easy).
    6 day -> Done ( Today I didn't feel like doing exercise but I did).😄
    7 day -> Done
    8 day -> Done ( today i enjoyed this exercise)
    9 day -> Done

    My belly was 34 it came to 30 .. now I have exams so can't do.. will give you all updates when I will start doing again

    As a 14 year old insecure about my weight i tried exercising for the first time
    Weight: 67 kilos
    Height: 5'1
    Just hoping to get back to normal weight
    Day 1: My body felt different in a good way
    Day 2: I didn't get as tired as yesterday and I started a cardio as well
    Day 3: Wasn't able to do it but took a 6 hour walk instead also started eating less carbs
    Day 4: kinda getting used now
    Day 5 and 6: used to it now to the point that I don't sweat much
    Day 7: gonna do it later🫶
    After doing it for 1 week (I stopped cause of school) I lost 2 kilos

    Thank u so much maam...ur exercise really works me to loss 2 kg in 5 days twice in a day ..I had work out /zumba 1 monthago with no diet but it loss only 2 kg in a month...But now I cut carbs completely and loss easily...It's really wonderful m so happy n positive energy gets in me..     The first day doing this workout made the muscles in my stomach and thighs/knees tighten up the next day. I have tried alot of exercise workouts on CZcams but none of them had made me feel like this. The workouts you do are 100% amazing please keep making these

    day 4 ✅ : little changes
    day 5 ✅: felt like i did a good job
    day 6 ✅: learned the workout myself
    day 7🏁: I’m starting to hit the gym this summer so.. I loved this workout and definitely recommend it!
    DAY 8✅ GUESS WHOS BACK!!! I’m about to start school again so I don’t got time for the gym, TIME TO START UP AGAIN!!

    I just completed the 76th day of my belly workout for 60 days thirty minutes per day and 16 days ten minutes per day ! Even giving just ten minutes of the day makes you feel confident that you are persistent may be not best in giving full efforts but eventually even little consistency does wonders after days and weeks and I am already in a magically healthy toned body !
    I want to do stretching but I am too tired now too sleepy as I slept only for five hours today from 7 to 11 so I have to have a little nap once again after nashta and reading two three pages then I can go for back neck stretching exercise in the evening !

    I have tried this 2 days ago, now's the 3rd day, and I'm getting more used to it. Day after day, the pain on my legs and belly decreases. When you feel the pain on your belly, that means it is working. By the way I'm a CS mom for about 8 months, so i take it easy. 😅

    it is 3rd day i'm doing this with healty diet (no sugar no bread etc.) and with chinese abs exercise and so far i lose 1 kg. 3 days ago i took a photo of my belly and i can see difference! i am very happy and will keep to do this! thanks a lot. ❤

    not sure if im gonna do this daily, but doing this saves time for me as a student . i dont go to the gym daily so doing this in my room is such a great way to boost those hormones.
    qualitative measurements:
    day 1: i feel wompy and slumpy and flabby 😂 let’s do this consistently till it becomes easyyy!!

    Day 1 of doing this workout I love it because I am super sweaty unlike the other workouts I do if you don't know when your sweaty it means you burned lots of calories I am doing this along side a no snack diet
    Day 2 of doing this workout: It is much easier now but still as sweaty as before
    Day 3: I feel it getting easier
    Day 4: Stopped sweating much
    Day 5: Didn't need any rest
    Day 6: extremely easy
    Day 7: a bit hard for some reason but I made it
    Iam sorry yall I am not even fat idk why I did this

    Hey. I started these workouts today only. While doing i could not feel much difficult but after 2 hours onwards felt pain at my thighs. What to do for better results?

      Do for 1-3 days it will be fine

      Having muscle soreness is a good sign. This means the targeted muscles are being trained. Give rest to your muscles for a day. I'm not a professional trainer but I know a bit about it

    Seema easy but trust me its very hard exercise ....😭 litteraly had a muscle cramp while doing the bicycle thing...this exercise is excelent for losing fat.i am gonna do this everyday from now on
