I missed your videos, April! Loved this one. I understand your struggles. In Puerto Rico things are lately also very expensive. I have to be in a thrifty mode, but with my son and daughter is difficult. Good luck with your house hunting.
Ahhh thank you!! 💖 It's just ridiculous how much it costs just to survive. We're not out here looking to drive Ferraris or sit on gold-plated toilet seats, we just want a roof over our heads lol. I'm so sorry to hear things are rough there too--I can only imagine how much harder things are with children. Here's hoping something changes soon, because you would hope that it can't get much worse!
Oh my gosh, I feel you on the house buying front. I felt so clueless!!! There’s so much jargon and then when you actually start looking at houses it’s so much. We ended up getting cold feet and not buying but I hope you find the perfect house!

I loooooved this vlog! You crushed your writing, omg! Regularly writing 4k on work days is so impressive. I hope everything goes smoothly on your home buying journey. I also find that process totally intimidating and would have to do a lot of self-education too x_x
Ahhh thank you!! 💖 It’s wild, it seems like I get the most done when I just shut up and don’t think about it. Usually I stress over the word count and struggle to get past 1k in a day, so I’m shocked I was able to do so much! And double thank you!! If I pick up any good tips and tricks about home buying, I’ll pass them along. I just don’t get why it’s so complicated. I should be able to go on Zillow and click “add to cart” like it’s Amazon and just be done with it! 😂

I'm also finding novel 2 more difficult that novel 1. I know what you mean about off pacing. That iPad set up looks impressive! Loving the sound of the keyboard, and your wordcount stickers are very cute!
I'm trying so hard not to compare it to book 1, but it's hard! And thank you!! I wish I was the kind of person who modified and built their own keyboards, because some of the ones on CZcams sound so nice and thwocky, but I do not have time for that lol. The stickers came from a shop called Paper Panduh--I think she's still in business, but they were discontinued a long time ago, sadly. T_T

Cost of living is NUTSSSSS. I hate it! Also, ohhh what app do you write in on your iPad? Was it just Word?
RIGHT. Me thinking when I got my new job “wow things might get easier” and then watching the cost of literally everything keep going up like 😐 lmao.
I mostly use Scrivener! It’s not as fancy as it is on a Mac, but that makes it a little less overwhelming while I draft lol. Then I just transfer the whole thing to Pages to do my rereading and revising and stuff. And holy long-winded response Batman!
