SHARK HOUSE MANSION WITH KEVIN O'LEARY | Secret Lives Of The Super Rich - Zábava
the guy is really trying to sell Kevin on the house😂
And Kevin doesn't have the $$$ for it....
@@glorymanheretosleep cuz kevin is out for good
@@glorymanheretosleep yea I bet he can't get together 30 mil for months
glorymanheretosleep Kevin is worth over $400 million. Of course he can afford it!
for That reason I'm out !
The tank looks way too small for that amount of wildlife. It looks to be a foot deep or so, pooor sharks
rich sharks problems
agreed
Imagine swimming in your swimming pool 24/7
Yet the real shark (o’Leary) has too much space. Isn’t it ironic?
Poor sharks, rich men
Why pay $1500 a month to take care of sharks? Keep em at the marine zoo or in the wild. And $900 a month for a living wall? Seriously?
Dude that's pocket change for people who can afford this house. Only people worth hundreds of millions of dollars would buy a 20 million dollar house.
@@baitedlol3315 just because you can. Doesn't mean that you should.
@@jcrockoo7 they make more than they can spend so why not?
@@baitedlol3315 I'm sorry. If it were me with that house. I wouldn't feel quite right having sharks and a living wall that cost more a month than some people's rent or even some people's mortgages. If the plants are on the ground. Then I understand but on the wall? $900 to keep that going every month when stomachs are growling out there. But, you are right. They did work for it. Who am I to say how they spend it. Just my opinion though.
@@jcrockoo7 dude they are baby sharks they don't bite. Anyways they are much more skilled at managing spending and making money that's why they are who they are.
The view is good, but the house has zero charm. Looks like a dental office. Big doesn't mean cozy. Try cold and empty.
Paul Aspen Canada completely agree, that’s the world we live in now, all about likes and views and when that’s over you live miserable because the decor you really wanted for yourself you didn’t buy because your scared no one will like it... 🤷♀️
Paul Aspen Canada it depends of individual's taste, I personally LOVE it! I like modern sleek architecture, this would be perfect for me but with my own personal essence regarding the de´cor, also I would prefer fish instead of sharks :)
@@e.mcm.9076 Well then you should check out other architecture you will love. High school cafeterias , Concourse level of sports stadiums, greyhound bus depots, And don't forget the waiting Room at the DMV.
pathetic. The poor fishes stuck in the small tank. shark & sting ray need a lot a space. not a fish tank.
Exactly and plus you have to pay $1500 a month to keep em that way ? Foh
They actually use the sharks that are in rehab that have been injured by fishermans fishing lines. Once they are ready to be in the ocean again..they enjoy marine life 😃.
It isn't that small. And how big do you think tide pools are?
Kevin wanted some sort of "royalty" offer 😄
brent harris yeah on this own purchase 😂
Kevin is more of your everyday guy. Too down to earth for a house like this, I bet his house is actually pretty normal
Yeah it's pretty normal to have 10 plus homes. His lake house in Ontario has a garage that he can just drive his boats in. Massive compounds he has.
You can even check his morning routine and see the house yourself.
The shark tank is probably the biggest deterrent for people interested in the home. Wild animals don't belong in the home.
Exactly. How braindead are some people? And here, on the tour, is the animal abuse room. We pack in 13 animals all in the same enclosed space in about two feet of water and lights shinning down on them. They don't get to swim or explore a deep ocean, they get to be in one tiny spot until they die so the owner of the house can pretend to be living dangerously.
Initial ask for this house was waaaaaaay too much. The current ask is not cheap either for that house! PASS.
Serious rip-off.
Like u could afford it blended
The correct price for that house in the Los Angeles market is 6.5 to 8.9 mil.Totallll ripoff and there gauging because of the stupid shark tank!
"and over a year later that price have been choped down and all sharks are dead"
2017- clout house
2019- hype house
2020- ShArK HoUsE
Barbara: this is actually quite a fine looking house…
And for that reason I’m out
1:04 would have been funny if those doors were meant to open the other way🤪
Having sharks swim in the pond in your house is a bit extreme. I would have expected a giraffe in the garden as well. Gorgeous property though.
in a few years kevin would be like why did i buy this place there is too many stairs lol
top beneficiaries of this house tour
buyer: 0.001%
thieves: 99.99%
Any one else here because Jian Hao Tan had this on their School Playlist?
Nice price reduction.. Now it’s only $10M overpriced as opposed to $22M
And after the coronavirus price adjustment it might be 2.9 million.
Its still over priced at 10, this house is nothing special, actually kinda bland for some of the house designs seen in the same area.
Quarantine in that house would be a dream
I can only see Kevin O'Leary owning this house that fits his personality..
I personally would had replaced the sharks with smaller fishes... Or just have it turned into a coralreef.
That exact same house was already reviewed by ProducerMichael LMAO
Next on the tour, the animal abuse room: 13 sea animals packed into a tiny space in two feet of water with lights shinning on them until they die so the owner can feel 'dangerous'.
Next, in the garden, we have a real life statue of a giraffe. We spray painted his skin to look like stone and shackled him down to barely move. Your guests will think it's a real statue until it begins to struggle to move and gives out squeels of pain, mostly emotional pain. Then they'll be surprised that he is real! It will be delightful. And you can appear big again by telling them it cost fifty thousand dollars to import the giraffe here from his natural habitat and three others died on the trip over first. They were his family.
Next up, the room where one wall is made from chameleons. They are nailed to the wall so they cannot move, but are kept alive to add to that uniqueness no one else has. If you change the dimness of the lighting you'll notice the chameleons will change color too - a sort of funky multicolored wall. It will wow your dinner guests. Careful, sometimes blood drips from the chameleons so you'll want a maid to clean that up. The upkeep on it is about $1000/month. They do die every so often so you'll want to pay to have more snatched from the wild. Better to get them when they are babies too. Easier to nail.
Next on the tour of this house is a large room with a lot of seating facing a tiny cage. We call this the theater room or King Kong room. You'll see in that cage five monkeys. They have enough space to walk about ten feet and that's about all they'll know for the rest of their lives. You and your guests can pretend to be angry theater goers and you can throw things like tomatoes or bananas at the monkeys. It will be very amusing.
And then in the second back yard, nothing special, just a couple dogs to kick. Make sure to put them on a short chain and tie them to a tree for days on end.
The shower was the best part
Why is this in jian hao tans playlist cam somebody explain me?
Maintenance on the Shark Tank room alone costs $3000 a month.
3000$ to him is what 3$ is to us. Don't try to relate to the top 1 percent.
Maybe more like 30-100 dollars. They are trying to make it sound crazy rich people hobby for the show.
@@baitedlol3315 hahahaha factual
@@WaterspoutsOfTheDeep Yeah, Kevin O Leary is crazy rich lmfao
i'm here because this was on the jian hao tan's playlist lol
“Pretty amazing right?” Haha He
doesn’t have anything else to say.
There’s no way I would want sharks in my house
That water looks shallow. Imagine falling into that shark-infested water tho... 🦈
Lol. So it's a way overpriced house.
Joe Moening For that house that’s way too over priced!
@@tuneunleashed you repeated my comment back to me? Are you trying to argue the same opinion I have?
Nah man we're jus too poor
For that reason, I am out.
Free those sharks please, they have no natural space in that small shallow pool
I agree but I bet you eat animals everyday..
@@veganlifting4145 there’s a difference between torturing the animals while alive and having them killed for consumption.
@@frankv7068 nope, animals are still tortured before killed for consumption. They don’t know if they will be eaten or not they just know at that moment they’re bring tortured so it’s the same for them
@@veganlifting4145 we can’t free all the animals, but this guy needs to free these shark then focus on everyone else, the subject I brought up is this video right of these sharks now not the mistreatment of farm animals, we can talk and find ways of generating awareness of miss treatment of farm animals but I’m specifically talking about this video
@@frankv7068 I know but I’m just pointing out how it’s hypocritical to want these sharks freed while simultaneously eating fish or other animal products all the time.
Not only that but now it also needs other sharks to come in and advertise it! Looks like the price will be going down more 😆
Now I want a snake house lol
LA houses nowadays with wood floors nd lack of marble are expensive when developers used cheap material to build them🤦♂️
Why are the sharks upside down???
Robert Ramos they are done with their life!
I’m surprised Kevin didn’t counter the 35 million offer with “I’ll pay you a 1 dollar royalty in perpetuity for every time I walk in the door”
how can i watch full episode of listing impossible??? i am watching frm India
Two ways. Check with your cable provider if they offer CNBC in their channel lineup. I know of international satellite providers that offer American channels. You can also go to nbc.com and click on Shows and Movies. You will be required to create an NBCUniversal profile to be able. Now, I don't know if there are geographical restrictions. But it doesn't hurt to try.
The green walls near the shark looks so artificial.
this home has absolutely no wow factor !! a real big miss!!
I saw this once in tiktok 😅
That house was awful. It looked so dry
Yea no land
Quite a contrast to Barbara’s 13 million dollar Manhattan luxury home
I thought shark tank airs on Fridays I am confused
The owner is losing over 30k a month on the mortgage, taxes, maintenance, and insurance.
Good
@@nug2408 why?
kevin's trigger word is sharks
Rule #1 don't overfeed the fish
How many people are required to clean the house?
A home like this and in that neighborhood.. seems like 10-12m would have been a fair price.
The tour guy sounds like nick from new girl
i remember kevin O leary was telling people not to invest in real estate
sharp guy
Imagine them houses
It's crazy tho cuz rich people don't even use the pools unless it's a pic, only end up using a quarter of da house , and only use the balconies for pictures.
Rich people love to buy a house when they know it costs a million on the mentainenace alone
Who else came here from the
‘TITAN ACADEMY series?’
When Mr. Wonderful did buy it I don’t think any ordinary person would ever buy it.
Who's come from Titan academy playlist?
Mom my brother fell in the shark tank again😒
Wow that’s a huge drop. Wonder what it’ll sell for
Why would anyone pay that much in maintenance. That’s too much for that house. I’m not sure what that tank requires nor why a GREEN wall costs almost a $1,000 a month to water, prune, and fertilize.
Looks like an office.
Nobody bought it Bc the house is worth 12 million
I mean I get it’s a modern looking house and all but who needs all that house. I’d probably need to have family and friends living with me so I wouldn’t get depressed lol
true, me too man haha
Free the sharks. They belong in the ocean!
Yes but you probably eat fish..
@@veganlifting4145 nope ! ❤️🐟 ❤️
@@chelseagirl278 nice are you vegan?
@@veganlifting4145 yes!! 😊. ♥️🐈⬛🐟 🌱🐴💐❤️
@@chelseagirl278 that’s awesome! Love to hear it
Its worth about $16-18 mil
lets be real only a shark enthusiast would buy this
I’m a the only person that thinks why would someone pay millions of dollars for squares and rectangles? I never knew playing in cardboard boxes as a kid was the same as being a millionaire.
People who buy houses like that do it to say they bought houses like that not because they actually want to live there.
👌👍
How much is the house?
It doesnt feel like home, it screams office. The shower room looks like im showering in a public pool bathroom. Not relaxing at all
People pretending tobe caring about the innocent fishes but they eat those almost everyday ....
YvP69 Gaming those were sharks
Thank you. It’s nice when someone else calls these hypocrites out. If I do it everyone attacks me
Kevin ain’t buying this house buddy 😅
I Like Wild Concepts ..But It's Gotta Make Sense..Maintenance When Thibgs Are Over The Top Often Aren't Accounted For..Shark Smell etc..Either Way Wild Stuff Is Good It Fuels Thee Imagination
I don’t know, for me this doesn’t feel like a house, the aura is not warm, it’s not welcoming, it’s not a home. This looks like an office building. I’m imagining people who lived here are way too busy to even stop and smell the roses 😂 #myownopinion #overviewbyanordinaryperson 😂🤣
Really depends, there are millionaires who can stay in their home and earn millions each month doing literally nothing, while some have to work/travel the world (e.g. actors, football players)
i saw on TV
Why are you spending $900 per month on a living wall?? I'm guessing that's 99% labor and 1% actual maintenance.
These houses are the very opposite of how a family lives. People would have no time for each other due to unnecessary distant rooms, which is the worst. It all looks good in 5 minute video.
is it just be or do these big houses with endless rooms and walls and style would put me in a depression I would feel so lonely and never use or walk in most of the house
I wish this place had more personality
How much?
You should see Anderson Coopers Gerbil House
Well, I hate when they showing big luxury house and camera jumping from one place to another so fast that literally to see any details I need to pause.
And like someone said, to many wildlife in such a small shallow pool.
This is the size of most people's bedrooms...uhh no not even close
Imagine having a huge party their and people accidentally fell in..... piranha 2.0
Nurse sharks don't bite humans.
glorymanheretosleep it’s a joke-.....
@@itsss_zayyy Where was the punchline? A joke can't be a joke if it doesn't have a punchline in it!
glorymanheretosleep 💀💀
@@glorymanheretosleep uhmm
How is that a shark tank if I can't swim in it?
More like 14.5 mil
so it costs more to keep sharks than me...
*can't take house with you when you're dead*
everything is spectacular except fishs held in where they never belongs to
SHARK TANK SUBMISSIONS (INVENTION SUBMISSION COMPANY WHERE SHARKS PROVIDE SERVICES AND INVEST OR DON'T)
I know shark tank has an audition protocol and website. I'm talking about a full on INVENTION SUBMISSION company with T.V. commercials, like other invention submission companies, able to process more submissions then SHARK TANK can show on T.V.!!!!!!
Oh no. I would have rather have the pool extented.
Would you buy to sell in a few years?
Developer was way off the mark with the sharks. I mean who wants that and the monthly upkeep for something I don’t want. No wonder it didn’t sell for the overly ambitious asking price and it’s still too much. Speculative greed from these developers.
you would be amazed....
That agents probably lost his job overpricing that’s property and owners having to take such a big hit in price
What time to believe alive...😁 Thank you Almighty GOD. Who is here during covid-19? It's even cheaper now. The future is looking very beautiful. 💜💜💜
I will sell this house if I win it in a lottery. It’s so uncomfortable theme, when it comes to the architect. It looks like and feels like I have to live in this house wearing tuxedo or tie and shirt 24/7. It feels and looks like corporate America building. I won’t get out of my way to buy it even if I can afford it. It makes sense why nobody wanna buy it because nobody’s missing leaving work and going back home or if feels like going to work 😂
I would like to see Megalodon..
I'll give you 1 cent for that house, take it or leave it
To expensive.
And the thing is sharks only grow in proportion to the space they’re in. Or can someone fact check me
