The oracle guy's hotel is around $2000 for a simple room a night which is less than i thought though its still expensive.The hamptons property was stunning probably the best finishes I've seen and an ideal family home but my fave was that last miami house , 7:26 that is an impeccable living room and the bedroom is just lush 7:48 kudos the interior designer it really is a masterpeice

i would want a nice 2-3m mansion, but more important is the property. i would want 1000 acres or more. land is what is truly valuable, houses depreciate unless you keep it updated and add new stuff occasionally

I think people forget over surprised at the price tag when they see guys Larry, Bezos, Zucks etc.. spend these amounts but forget that they don't see it like that, to them they think of it as how much of my time would it take to afford this. The answer is typically a couple days, for guys like Bezos it's typically a days work. It's nothing for them to write a 9 figure cheque when they know they would've recouped that in the next 24hrs.

BIG GOVERNMENT IS THE ISSUE AND NOT THE SOLUTION Exactly & even though his net worth doesn’t necessarily mean he has that liquid, he’s at the point where he has more than enough liquid and on paper he’ll make that back so these purchases aren’t something to really think about in terms of whether it’s a good financial commitment, the people saying it’s not worth x amount are saying that because it’s big money to them. When the average person goes shopping like you said, they won’t say well how much did the packaging cost, how much did the ingredients cost, well it’s not worth x amount because a £3 drink isn’t really something to consider when you’re earning thousands a month but someone in a 3rd world country that’s poor may consider all of that and probably couldn’t fathom how we spend what we spend in a 1st world country
@@hakshustletv yep, well said. i personally wouldnt buy any of these houses if i could afford them because they have finishes and features that i wouldn't want which make the property very expensive, but thats from my current 1.63m net worth perspective. if i was worth 100 billion then my perspective would ofc be different.
im the kind of guy that like a lot of land though, which is the true valuable part of real estate that goes up in value.
i live on 245 acres and i love the freedom that comes with that. im not a city guy that can put up with stupid HOA rules, smog pollution, silly city laws etc.

Yesteryears, planted out flats would sell between $100-$250 per flat. My favorites: Nemesia, staghorn ferns, trailing dichondra, impatiens, tuber begonias, dwarf coleus, caladiums. Finished flats were perfect for small entryways, courtyard and patios.

I stayed at the hotel shown, and it was amazing. There's also a catamaran trip that takes you to that island called Lanai from Maui called Trilogy.

Just wasted 300 million to feel special. I live next to the beach in boca raton and Deerfield Beach florida and the beach is overrated. Its always hotter next to the water, the sand is the same there as here, the sun is the same and larry can only occupy 7 feet of space. People say o should go on vacation all the time and i ask them why and what will the Caribbean have that i dont have here or is better? The answer, Nothing!
