- Look at this amazing LS3 Swapped Volvo 242! We meet up with Phil to collect some accessories for our build and lucky for us he came in his Beast of a Volvo! It’s an American import with a whole load of extras and upgrades, the biggest being a 6.2 litre lump up front. If you love sleepers you’ll absolutely love Phil’s car.
We had a great chat and meet up, ever so grateful for him meeting half way and knocking off 2hrs of the journey. I think he secretly just wanted the excuse for a burn and to put some running in miles on the car before the dyno session!
We now have a sweet set of louvers for our own 240! Louvers are coming back baby! Thanks Phil!

So cool! Was not expecting the digital display, awesome!
The dash was awesome wasn't it. The change up lights were class!
That is an awesome 242, the blue on you guys are working on, should also get a rear louver, when you see the newer Volvo rims, it looks good with them👆👍☝️👏🏼😎
Stay tuned Enrique.... You might have a louver surprise in a future episode! 😜 Thanks for watching!
Saw this Volvo on a Driftworks video coolest Swede in the UK.....sorry Guy Martin lol.......Phil's mate Craig from Dyno Torque is the LS swap Boss !
Has to be the coolest 242 in the UK! It's a pure beast and looks class. If only we had the pennies when he was selling it. Would have sapped it up!
Hotrod Phil. That's a stunning build. Sleeper Volvo. Nice video
Yeah he's hotrodphil now! Would have snapped up that car if we had the spondoolas at the time!
