Of course yes u guys beautifully described the unseen beauty of the dutch and it is indeed a splendid country to visit I l make sure my next trip to Europe include netherlands for sure
Holy shit im cringing do hard because of your pronunciation
I wonder. Have you been to Holland?
Joep Stuijt says this guy who writes “do”
@Pierre Buie II Wow are you serious? Maybe it's easy if I tell you it's about 6 hours from Paris and next to Germany.
I really appreciate the effort they put into pronouncing places in different countries and languages correctly.
Especially when she first pronounces "Vann GGoGGh" and in the next line falls back to the American "Ven Goe"....🤭
I’m Dutch and I came here to see how they’d do ;)
Netherlands is the my one of favourite European country I love you Netherlands 🇳🇱🇳🇱🇳🇱🇳🇱🇳🇱🇳🇱
Thanks for loving my sweet country 🇳🇱
@@imsimpingoversydney4066 ok and I love you
Dankjewel man
Oh thank you:) I hope you'll hhave a good time every time you visit the netherlands.
How can your English be this bad? "The Netherlands is one of my favourite European countries.*"
Ugh always the same. Thank me later. So the best non tourist places are: de veluwe (especially everywhere is purple heather in agust). Best thing to do: hire a boat outside a big city and sail through lots of monuments. Warning: do not go to the city center please unless you are known with how it works. Visit castles, they are like everywhere (de haar, utrecht example) Not known: caves in Limburg, really cool! Then up north you can go wadlopen, really awesome because normally the sea is there. And a lot more if anyone is interested is non tourist stuff
Caves in Limburg?? Never heard of it. I'm gonna have to google that. Thanks for the info.
w vdw yes they are very big, really nice. Also fort ijmuiden is cool for thrill seekers or clingendael (like keukenhof but better), fort bourtange of biesbosch
Absolutely agree. But even Rotterdam and even Den Haag don't get enough attention either. Even though Amsterdam is such a lovely city there is waaayyy too much focus on it and nowhere near enough for the rest of the country.
@@_DefiJack caves is a big word, they started out as marl quarries and just got bigger and bigger.
@@_DefiJack It's in Valkenburg. Or the 'mergelgrotten'. South limburg in general is a great location.
Some cities to visit outside of amsterdam:
Groningen
Breda
Tilburg
Utrecht
Rotterdam
Middelburg
Maastricht
Eindhoven
Zwolle
Arnhem
Gouda
Renesse
The trains can take you anywhere and you can always hire a car
Dont just limit yourself to amsterdam and randstad
Youre missing out
@Casper 010 Maar Rotterdam is zo mooi!!
Furthermore Nijmegen, De Wadden Eilanden, Flevoland, Dolfinarium, Enschede, Emmen, Antwerp, Brussels, Helmond, Wageningen, Ede, National parcs, Leeuwarden, Alkmaar, Center Parcs, Schoorl, Den Haag, Utrechtse heuvelrug, Het gooi, Hilversum, Haarlem, and nature and stuff.
Hahaha Tilburg?
I watch a lot of these types of videos, so I know quality when I see it. These are really good. Thank you for working so hard on them!
Could add more to the itinerary if you have more time: for example Utrecht, Leiden, Groningen, Nijmegen, Maastricht (and more). Especially the latter 3 have a unique feel compared to the other places due to their being located in distinct parts of the country.
Is in my bucketlist, beautiful country!!
I loved to visit and set this ..Atmosphere 😍 ❤ very Greatful to Watched this
So many awe-inspiring images from The Netherlands.
I will think about Netherlands next time. Coz I recently came from Italy! Thanks for the info.
I live in the south part of the Netherlands, a province called 'Limburg'
Here are a lot of beautiful panorama's with beatiful hills. People from the north often say: It looks like I'm in France.
Nice cities you can visit are for ecxample Maastricht (old city with a great atmosphere and Roman influence) and Valkenburg (here you also can find caves and do a bit of cycling for the sports enthusiasts)
Beautiful country, i hope i can visit it one time! Greetings from Switzerland!
Amazing!! 😍😍 I wish to make a video on any of the mentioned place..
Thanks for suggesting
Beautiful country! I’d love to be back!
this video was released on my birtday and im dutch so thanks for the gift this is how you thank you in dutch bedankt
So want to visit Holland someday!
great list! some intresting spots and things to do, most don't mentioned by others :D
loving how you pronounce dutch words
i'm missing the efteling
Amazing country❤️ love love❤️
wow, this is amazing
Just for the love of god don't think that Amsterdam is the only place to visit. Amsterdam does not equal the Netherlands. There is so much more to do here.
I think that was the point of this video
love to here😄
I love my country❤
The province of Zuid-Holland is what everyone wants to see when visiting the Netherlands, but there are many underrated places with half the crowds. I highly recommend visiting the province of Gelderland. Nijmegen is a very nice city, Arnhem and Oosterbeek are full of WWII history (operation market garden), and the De Hogue Veluwe national park and surrounding area has the best cycling in the country. The cities of Noord-Brabant (S’Hertogenbosch, Breda, Tillburg) are worth seeing as well.
awesome video There are many beautiful towns and places in the Netherlands to discover, and using the train will let you see the beautiful bulb fields. Many tourists mistakenly believe that the Netherlands is only Amsterdam.
amazing place😊😊😊😘😘😘
I alredy likes netherland even in my first wachting looks beautiful country!
I love you Netherlands beautiful and natural beautiful clean rich country Netherlands 🇳🇱🇳🇱🇳🇱🇳🇱🇳🇱🇳🇱 mojo travel
I am Dutch and I have to say that people from Amsterdam don't like the tourists. Ever since I started working in Amsterdam I can kind of agree, just a little bit. There are cultural tourists and party tourists (those who come for the weed, red light district, space cake, mushrooms, etc). They are the ones that make Amsterdam less fun.
So are you advising against travel to Amsterdam? Will tourists be treated badly, if so I would rather not travel there.
@@shemickasimpson397 no, you kind of just get ignored if you’re annoying. If you’re chill and polite tho and don’t make our lives harder we’re very polite and straight up
@@Mickser thank you for clearing that up

It’s vary beautiful.
As a Dutchman, I must go see my country once. Never been there ! Looks great!
Do foreigners really need a "Wiedpas" to... You know.. Have a "cup of coffee" ??

Netherlands is the best
Great choice for a next trip but cross the Belgian border for the best beer and food 😁
DS 2070 Yes, but be sure to hire a car which has good tires, suspension and navigational device. Belgian roads lack reasonable quality, the road signs aren’t that clearly placed, highway numbering is a mess and traffic jams are everywhere (but the latter is also the case in The Netherlands).
@@RealConstructor Indeed, I know haha. The Dutch roads are way more better than the Belgian ones.
Wij moeten ook wegenbelasting betalen
You really need to put captions at the bottom listing the places that you're talking about/showing on screen. It would help greatly
I always appreciate it that you are one of the few channels that try to pronounce the names as spoken locally, but I couldn't figure out what museum you'd mentioned at the end of #8.
With subtitles enabled, I figured it out: the "Canon van Nederland" isn't actually a museum on it's own, but is part of the "Open Air Museum" (or "openluchtmuseum" in Dutch)
Holend ❤️
"I'm from the Philippines but Netherlands is one of my Top 10 favorite European countries to either live, visit in or both soneday .?!"
I would have gone this year, but covid delayed it to next year. I'll be in Zandvoort for Luminosity at the end of June, and then a few days in Amsterdam.
Zandvoord is nice if you’re a car enthusiast
@@hannobebbel1862 I noticed there's a race track there! In my case, it's also nice if you're a trance music enthusiast :)
very smart
Nice
one day ill travel to netherlands
It always great to hear what others think about my country! I have to admit that my opinion isn't really positive, I think it's just boring, hahaha!
Anyway, great video editing as always, but the thumbnail is actually wrong: my entire country isn't called Holland, that's only 2 of the 12 county's😄
Thanks for trying to pronunciate the Dutch words! You tried, but failed! :)
And why am I not surprised to hear only the obvious choices. Amsterdam is obvious, but the rest of the list two. The Hague, Nijmegen, Maastricht, the Efteling, Drenthe, Flevoland, and Limburg should be mentioned as well.
My advice for those who wish to visti Amsterdam: Do stay in Haarlem or Leiden. Amsterdam is just a short (and not that expensive) train trip away and you will save a lot on your hotel room ;)
Thanks!
If you are going to the netherlands and also to the tulip fields, do NOT stand in the fields, its not allowed and it costs millions every year and you will help ruïne the look becouse the owners have to put up barb wire to prevent people destroying the flowers.
How to apply worrk in this wonderful country
wooow
It would be helpful to get the list of the villages.
Here are some nice ones: Giethoorn (village with the canals), Bourtange (a reconstructed early 18th century fortress town in the North), Volendam (if you want to see people wearing wooden shoes etc. - it's a bit staged I think, but still).
Thank you ✌️
nice
I was born there but I live in the UK but in every summer I go there
I'm Dutch and took notes! 😜🙈
I want to ad (South) *Limburg* as destination to visit!
As a Rotterdammer, I agree.. Do visit Maastricht, Heerlen, Sittard, Roermond, Venlo and/ or Valkenburg ;)
Richard Renes I agree, but keep Heerlen and Sittard out of that list. Really not that fun for tourist tbh
@@scottsmits9744 I disagree, you can visit nice clubs in Heerlen. Also it's less busy than Maastricht.
Jonas Jaagur I mean, you’re not wrong about the clubs. But maybe for tourists that want to go sightseeing it is not ideal.
@@scottsmits9744 Indeed, but it's a decent place to book a hotel and go sightseeing in South Limburg.

Dutch public transportation is absolutely one of the best in the world. One of the best country tor LGBTQ group. One of the best English speaking country within the non-native English speaking countries.
Oh thank you. Aside of Scandinavia I think you're right about the LGBT community, although I'd rate Belgium pretty high as well.
It's a little irritating that they only show Amsterdam....
lol how she says the names of the cities
Hi
Netherlands is best country in the European
Beer culture? Their neighbors have got them beat, especially Belgium.
Eric Glueckert Maybe, but we are obviously better in marketing ;-)
@@RealConstructor Stella Artois is advertised a lot here in the US lately.
If you're reading my comment may your parents live long 😍
The Netherlands doesn't just have the best cycling culture in the world because it's flat geography. It's also because of coordinated efforts to ensure cyclist safety by designing city and town infrastructure to support cyclists.
was it a joke to say you should visit the netherlands for the beer culture while belgium is right next to it?

Because of the tourism in Amsterdam people move away from our city and start living in the suburbs al the apartments students need for a living. Are getting rented out on air bnb. So yes we are polite to tourists but we don’t actually like them it’s fun to hear there stories. But if want to go to school in the morning I have to go to the central station and I step in someone’s puke again I regret me helping some of the tourists out with finding coffeeshops and headshops. So behave yourself
You may consider Netherlands beautiful, but not by its people.
Why do they keep suggesting that I go to a nation that won’t like my very presence. The Dutch don’t like tourists/visitors and I don’t have to go there to understand that. Good day.
We do like our German and Belgium visitors, they are polite. But the Chinese, British and Americans act like they are in some sort disneyland instead of realising they are visiting someone else his living place.
But if you bring money and shutup you are more then welcome.
Martin Elliot Edwards I think the same about America and UK. So I can understand it.
We like you, just not too many of you in one place. Twenty years ago, when I was a small child, the amount of tourists here in Amsterdam was fine. If y'all would spread more throughout the country, everybody would be happy. :D
"The Dutch don’t like tourists/visitors" that's just not true
No place on Earth is safe with Covid Nexy year I'll take my vacation on Mars
No!!Dont travel to the Netherlands!!!!!We have far enough travellers to my country...They are to much...Now we have our own country back while in lockdown, and it is lovely..
Amsterdam is the most overrated city in the world. Full of tourists and super expensive the second you step foot in the city.
Much preferred Groningen. Rotterdam was nice too.
I recommend Gelderland and Limburg. It has nice places. Germany is fun too.
