I had a medial meniscus tear. Two Dr.’s told me I needed surgery. I chose not to and followed a keto/carnivore way of eating. Took about 1.5 yrs, but it healed on its own.
I can't imagine waiting that long.how was the recovery process like, in terms of what you were physically able to do or not do through the different stages.
@@DenisTheGreat22 Shhh... let this moron think the keto carnivore diet healed their meniscal tear over 1.5 YEARS instead of their body just doing its thing 😂
*KneesOverToesGuy* Had a torn ACL and minor meniscus tear, got my full ROM and strength back through his methods and have included them into my routine every since
Dr. Sam Bakshian in Los Angeles, California used my own stem / plasma cells so my body could regenerate 4 facet joints and two disks in my lower back … YES, my body regenerated my lower back … I thank Dr. Bakshian for his God-given talents & skills‼️ … to The Holy Trinity Be The Glory and Praise 🙏🎄✝️🔥👆🌟❣️
How old are you Bruh? If you're young then it will heal, just don't activities that will trigger the injury. I got one myself, all I did was dead hang on a bar and improved my core strength.
@@roiroi2923 good to hear!! I’m 34 and I’ve been managing it for years. My dad is a personal trainer so it came from years of heavy dead lifting and barbell squats.. I’m going to take your advice and start doing more dead hangs. I workout 6 days a week but I don’t do anything that puts pressure on my lower back
Have torn meniscus. In both knees. Did prp injections in both straight into the meniscus, hurts like a mf bit it helped. It's not completely as it was before but I can run and do all sports again.
I have a torn acl since 2019, only feel pain in certain movements on inclines or declines, but overall feels normal. Been wanting to get back in the gym but the only way I feel comfortable training my legs is cardio workouts, squatting and leg press feels dangerous for my knee do you have any input for what you did with your knee before stems?
It's bone marrow, so supposedly has more STEM cells to work with. Honestly, both these therapies rely on you being a healthy person with regenerative capacity. It doesn't replace the part like it was new.
I’d love to have 5 gs laying around to spend. I’m in the process of starting a business so most of what I make gets reinvested besides what it takes to keep me and my family alive. Your content displays a weird sentiment of egocentrism and lack of responsibility to others. It’s just bizarre
The backflip line got me

meniscal tears are pretty minor. pretty stupid to be chalking it up to diet lol
Keto and carnivore had nothing to do with it

😮 have speed recovery my friend ❤
Thank You For sharing This!!!
Weird seeing you in that "weakened" state, Adam.
Hope you heal good and fast.❤
Yes, real life is NOT like CZcams shorts or instagram...😅
Hope the recovery is quick buddy
Backflip line caught me off guard 😂
Adam look into exosomes as well. Plus also for healing purposes peptides such as BPC- 157 and TB- 500 (there a few more).
Haha relatable. I once sprained my knee doing flips but I just kept doing my sideflips. My knee hurt like heck that night.😂
I definitely have a herniated disc problem in my back 😩

Great!
Knees over toe guy is the go to man
How are you feeling afterwards? I have problems in my meniscus, too.
Plzz tell me best protine powder you use
I’ve torn the left knee meniscus three times. Each time took 6 months to heal. No surgery. It can heal on its own.
What if the problem is with the hips??
How much does that cost?

brother how much do you weight? and heigh . just for reference. u have a insane physique💪🏼
Can i ask what happened?

Would this work for a piping shoulder
I'm on board with your choice .. how is your knee Today? Outcome??
😂😂😂😂
It's prp?
Update?
This is surgery though but I get the point.
I think this is the first time I've seen you with clothes on and I see why. You're so lean they make you look smaller.
Get some Bpc 157 too.
Apparently having bone marrow removed from your bone is not comfortable to put it mildly
Can stem cell therapy be used to heal the retina? Have retinal problems in both eyes and see less than 1%
❤
I think Lilly Sabri healed ligament damage in the ACL without surgery.
Hello bro
What is your height??
Where are you ethnically from?
Looks dodgy, stem cells cant be extracted like that. Looks more like PRP treatment. Id be extremly cautious reccomending this.
Is it possible to use tb500 and bpc157 for backproblems?
I healed my tennis elbow with the help of bpc-157
@@lachieperrem1188 i also think about using bpc and tb500 for my tennis elbow

How rich I have to be because I'm poor as shit I'm next to homeless
It’s definitely an “out of pocket” cost. Start saving.
It's less than paying for surgery.
I dont have 2 minuscus and i walk normal
That's cost one baby
Yo that’s basically surgery lol
