Philippine child labourers struggle to escape poverty

UN report says that despite the Philippines' economic development, more than three million children are still working as labourers.

+Genuine Risk Recently last year the Philippines has passed a controversial reproductive Health Bill. That gives out free condoms and contraceptives to their people. Also it promote sex educations to all. It is a step in the right direction.
