    for a long time in the Philippines contraceptives were banned.

      +Genuine Risk Recently last year the Philippines has passed a controversial reproductive Health Bill. That gives out free condoms and contraceptives to their people. Also it promote sex educations to all. It is a step in the right direction.

    This people really intended to have many children. Their reasons? They want their children to work for them while they gamble or get drunk or do drugs.
