    the fact that she was diagnosed on press night and continued to go through with the show amazes me. she is very strong

    Honestly her singing isn’t bad I just don’t really think this song suits her voice.

    The fact that she can come out and sing like that after three years out is phenomenal.

      Charlie Oliver - Cound believing?? I don’t believe those things, those are facts. Like actual things that have happened in real life.

      @Millie Wharton Year 11 Clifton omg I don't understand why cancer has anything to do with her actual talent. We get it she had a cancer and recovered and that is amazing but it has nothing to do with her actual voice. Why give people false hope out of feeling sorry for them because they had cancer.

      Well she just beat cancer so obviously she’s gonna be shaky and do you really have to comment that

      Sadie Maya it wasn’t sarcastic, I really liked her 😊 x

      Sadie Maya well then if you aren’t fully recovered then do you really think you should be doing a broadway musical?

    • @ataleoftwomeows8086
      @ataleoftwomeows8086 Před 5 lety +1

      @@aurqias3190 well I mean cancer doesn't affect your voice and why come back if you're not ready.

  • @broadway.baby__
    @broadway.baby__ Před 4 lety +8

    she has too much tension in her jaw when singing. it’s very nasally.
    yes, having cancer is incredibly difficult but that doesn’t mean she can use it as a sob story to get a part. it’s not fair to the people who have worked their whole lives to get there.

    • @laurenmcintyre4062
      @laurenmcintyre4062 Před 4 lety +5

      Christian Borle no one said she was using it as a sob story. They treat her like everyone else and I don’t think she got the part anyway, but it’s a big part of her and her story so that’s why she told it.

    • @broadway.baby__
      @broadway.baby__ Před 4 lety +1

      Lauren Mcintyre but she also shouldn’t mention it like 20 seconds being in the room. It’s not the x-factor. you just go in and show them what you’ve got.
      that’s incredibly sad if you’ve had cancer but there’s no need to tell the judge table. she was obviously saying it as a sob story to make up for the horrendous singing.

    • @EpicEthra
      @EpicEthra Před 3 lety

      Christian Borle it’s a reality tv show, they’re told if not forced to do this. Doubt it was really her choice to mention it.
