I just received my remanufactured Amia today. I like it so far. The only issue I noticed so far is one of the 4d armrests is looser than the other. It moves with the slightest pressure while the other has more resistance.

Is the back tension knob supposed to be able to turn infinitely? I can keep turning it and it never reaches the end.

It should get tight and stop. You can send us a video to contact@crandalloffice.com and we will be able to help diagnose the issue.

The back tension adjustment on mine can be all the way tightened but still takes little more than body pressure to lean all the way back. Do you think mine is broken or is that how it's supposed to be?

Might wanna rename the video to Amia. Good content though!

Is it possible to increase the back tension even more somehow? I have two of these chairs. One can increase so much that you can hardly lean back-which is great, but the other seems very loose even with it fully cranked.

There's no additional way to add increased tension unfortunately. The tension should be able to be adjusted pretty high, so the one that's still loose when you tighten it may have an issue with it.

Does the lumbar support makes a noise and pops when you lean against it? I just got an Amia chair and was wondering if that’s how it’s supposed to be

I would say that doesn't sound like normal operation based on your description - if you'd like to email us a quick video of what's going on there, we'd be happy to take a closer look though.

Is there a way to adjust the arm width other than the actual pivoting on the arm rests? I feel like the arm rests are way too narrow and my elbows are resting off of the rests

No Sorry unfortunately that isn't an option.

got mine today and this was one of my first thoughts aswell. maybe you could unscrew and put back some stuff from one side to the other, so they only pivot outwards. gonna look more into it

@@Kasakuja if you find out anything lmk. I got kinda used to it over time, but it would be nice to able to rest my arms out as normal

@@EastOfEden96 if i were to test it out myself, i‘d only do it after 30 days when the return window closed and i‘m keeping it 😅 but i‘m gonna ask reddit for now

@@EastOfEden96 I got this reply: "Someone here did that. They had to file something down to get the arm stems to fit into the opposite sides, so you’d be sacrificing at least some portions of your warranty."
