Dr. Bogan, I can understand how John Wesley and William Morgan cared for Blair in prison and even helped pay his fine but it should be noted that although they cared and ministered to Blair, they didn't invite him to be a leader or pastor in the church, nor did they agree to perform a marriage ceremony for Blair and his same-sex lover

  • @ykben51

So what is next? To be fully inclusive, will the church move forward to affirm polygamy and polyamory?

  • @xyz5765

I am so happy my church disaffiliated from the UMC. Feel bad what the UMC will face when Jesus returns.

Unfortunately sin shall remain sin even if the world was fully ruled by satan n he gotevery1 to agree with him.sin will stil be sin

Wrong, you are living of the world not looking towards scripture. The Bible Stands As The Book of Discipline . Let that sink in.

  • @alphonsotate2982

No matter what people bring people to Crist America is hurting focus on spreading GODS love across the nation

  • @DefinedFaith

Love doesn't require you to exalt or enable sinful behavior. All the arguments to try to obfuscate the Biblical texts on this issue are forced and unworkable.

  • @xyz5765

Funny how you can look at those people and know they dont worship the true and only God

  • @xyz5765

Are the going to tear out the part of the Bible where God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah because of the Perversion?

  • @JossephDavvid

What an absolute perversion of John Wesley's leagacy. Wesley's concern for the physical welfare of a man in no way was an affirmation of said man's sin, nor did it nulify the need of that man to repent of his sin (which would have included homosexuality) and place his faith in Christ. To suggest otherwise is not only absurd but also dishonest. Even a cursory reading of Wesley's Explanatory Notes on such passages such as Romans Ch. 1 or Jude 1:7 clearly indicates how he viewed homosexual relationships.
