There's a theory that Donny was never really there, but just a figment of Walter's imagination. It's backed up a bit by the Dude never really interacting with Donny all that much except for a time when he says "Yeah Donny" or something, which could be interpreted as him being frustrated with Walter's insisting his imaginary friend exists and sarcastically talking to him.

My favorite actors are John Goodman, Jeff Bridges, William Dafoe, Tommy Lee Jones and Richard Jenkins. I choose these guys, because nearly every film is entertaining, and in my opinion, good films/series.

so funny to go back through that speech and see how Jeff adapted the speech above to reflect the ceremony. Also it's amusing to see John figure out what was going on throughout the whole thing.

I love how John Goodman at 0:10 just snaps into his character, then at 1:11 breaks character due to Jeff's seamless portrayal of 'The Dude' 😂You can tell these two had a great time making that film together and there's been a bromance since. Really awesome to see 😎
i found the bit at 2:06 interesting. THEIR lord has lived through many actors. SO TRUE satan has possessed many of them over the years, goodman admitted on a late night TV interview that he sold his soul to be an actor. many actors state they do not watch their work; them in the TV or movie. why? because it creeps them out, they have no memory of it as they were possessed at the time. like beyonce putting on "sasha fierce" for her performances.. so a tricky truth was spoken there by the dude. their god is not our god.

Jeff Bridges and John Goodman are 2 of my favourite actors. I'll always watch something with them in it. I'm absolutely happy to see that they stayed friends or at the very least on very good terms after the Big Lebowski. They both strike me as just great people who I'd probably love to spend a day with just listening to them and their stories over a couple of beers.
I love how John Goodman can't hold his laughter when Jeff Bridges uses the eulogy speech.

It's delightful. He's just so happy when he sees the sweater and realizes what's going on. All the cast interviews for that movie make it sound like working on it was just one of the most fun things ever.
They both are legends to me, Big Lebowsky is the best movie that I've ever seen in my 39 years of life.
The way he talks and just goes right into prayer and then back into normal talking is just such an engorging character trait. Both John and Jeff are wonderful performers.

There's something about this that fills my heart with joy. Maybe it's John's laughter,Jeff's impersonation,their friendship,sunshine or positive atmosphere. They were part of something that will stand the test of time and be regarded,if it not already is, one of the best movies ever made.

This is my number one favorite movie of all times and I do not say this lightly. My entire life, I would get asked, what's your favorite food, or band, activity, etc and my answers were always, "well, I don't have just one, I have many" and I would then go on to maybe give someone my top 10. But with movies, there is and always have been my number one movie and that's The Big Lebowski. What a great gift we are rarely given.
