Well not only is the F now cannon but we got the G too.
I need to know more about that Battletech Madcat. behind and next to kermit. That the brown and white painted no hand robot to you freebirths.
Good One, glad to see I'm not the only one to have fails....
I'm definitely look into some of those Star Trek models next. I've been eyeing them for some time now.
Some where harder than others to print. Have fun. I am looking forward to painting them and making them my own. Thanks for watching!!!
@@Rise3DBuilds I'm currently working on a fuilly functioning R2-D2 (lights, sounds, remote controlled...). I'm always up for a challenge! :)
Anytime! Check out a few of my videos. I just started making a few 3D printing ones myself.
Thanks.
Nice work brother. i'm printing a 20 inch long NCC-1701 Enterprise on my Ender 3 as we speak. It's in many parts so i'm 1/2 way done but it's looking sweet!
Do you print things in scale for gaming?
I do on occasion
Can You rescale one ship to bigger size aka 70 or more cm? Then print in pieces for glue
Yes you can rescale right in cura. Then you can use meshmixer to break it into parts. I have a video on how to break it into parts.
Is there any way I could get the blueprint for the D model
Link should be in the description for the entire set!!!
What slicer do you use?
Cura 4.14 for Filament
Chitubox Free for Resin
Thanks for the question!
Whats the best print orientation and supports?
I found that putting the saucer down was the best one. You can see each print in the video. It was alot of trial and error. I used a combination of autogen supports with customer supports.
Check out my video on some of the individual prints and you cans see what I mean.
Thanks!!
Enjoyed video sir. I don’t know anything about printing. But I definitely love Star Trek and Battlestar Galactica. What is this printer called and where can I buy it. Any information would be appreciated. Great job!!
I use a CR-10 V2 as my front line printer. I also enjoy the Odin 5 F3 if you are just starting out. Here is a link to both.
CR-10v2: amzn.to/33pArmy
Odin 5 F3: amzn.to/3qfbkM6.
Make sure to sub to the channel as I show how to get started and steps to make all kinds of stuff.
I’ve always wondered if it would be worth it to get a 3D printer to make scale models. I want a fleet of ships to scale with each other, but sadly most model kits are of random scale. I don’t want an NX class that’s bigger than a Galaxy class.😢
You can do it all with 3D printing. I print ships and measure them to a scale all the time
Coo
Ok. Print. Nice. Then You should give this models to hobby painter.
I am still working on the paint side. I like to take my time in painting and what was shown was rough. I have been advancing with airbrushing and all that. It’s all s leaning curve
