If you had a way to cast spells at instant speed (like Alchemist's Refuge as one of your lands), you could shave at least one turn off. Since you get all those treasures on the end step of turn 4, if you could use them to cast Mechanized Production before turn 5 starts, you could win on that upkeep.

Have you considered using Graham Obrien as a doctor's companion? And then maybe food chain to generate infinite food/clue/treasures?
