The thing about Liberty, it works fine on its own. It has haste and vigilance so you attack as soon as it drops, and respond with the attack trigger with the activated ability to get energy.
That Puresteel Paladin BOS design is sick!

If you can turn all your clues into creatures, Nick goes infinite with a sac outlet. With March of the Machines you get infinite enters the battlefield/dies triggers without an outlet - I think your payoffs for that are limited in mono blue though.

I really like the flavor of Legate Lanius ( 17:22 ) where he’s actually very good *against* the Ceaser deck (which seems to have a sacrifice theme), but is actually a part of it. This mirrors how Lanius didn’t fully agree with the legion’s methods (though he does agree with their general belief of might makes right), and should ceaser die, will effortlessly ascend to leadership over the legion, almost as if he had planned to do so in advance…

Idolized will undoubtedly go into a new archetype which includes bunnicorn and glitters effects. it's fair to assume there will be a city's blessing permanents count typal strategy on the way.
Three dog is meant for a naya enchantments build. It's safe to assume we will see him paired with calix and yenna.
Korrigan and roalesk will undoubtedly find their way into atraxa poison decks.
Hancock cares about all counters, not just +1+1. Mono black counters matter? Seems unique and fun

I would assume, besides the perk, "Almost Perfect" refers to the P/T being 9/10, ie 9 out of 19

Yeah in Fallout you have seven stats that can go up to 10, and the Almost Perfect perk raises all seven of them to 9/10. I feel like it should cost 7 for flavor and maybe be reduced by some amount if you have above 30 life (as the perk is only available after level 30).
Almost perfect sets all of your special stats to 9 out of the cap of 10, and at this point, you are pretty much indestructible. So this card is a home run for flavor.
Anyone else hear the random xylophone note during the mardu deck and rewind to make sure it was from that lol

It’s weird Liberty Prime isn’t just a Construct creature type.
Maybe a robot sub theme for fallout? It is kinda weird to break up the synergy but that’s my only guess.
T-45 Power Armor looks like a perfect Slicer card. The +3/+3 straight up two shots an open opponent if Slicer is flipped, Slicer still untaps in the opponent's untap step, and Slicer gets trample or menace to kill off the remaining players.
Paradox engine with perception bobblehead seams absolutely nutty. Especially in something like an Oswald Fiddlebender deck.

I think the reason for their wording was because only one person made it out of Vault 112, you.
Yes/no. Vault 112 has lots of people alive in it, and you also leave that vault with your father. Maybe that's the angle they went with?

It was a gag because Almost Perfect sets your stats to 9 out of 10. I’m pretty sure that’s why he said that.

I’m just wondering does agent Frank horrigan get invincible as soon as it’s declared as an attacker or after your attack step is done?
Once you declare attacks with Frank he becomes indestructible for the rest of your turn.
There's no point between you declaring him an attacker and him getting indestructible that anyone can respond to.

One thing I'm finding most interesting is that if a player wants all the best support and synergy pieces they will eventually be building in 5c. This is why I started with 5c construction, collected the manabase for it and practice with it often. Color shouldn't be a restriction anymore with

That's the Latin pronunciation, since the legion tries to mimic the classic Roman Empire. So I wouldn't say the English way is wrong, just different.
That's actually one of the most interesting things about Caesars Legion - the pronunciation depends on who is saying it.
The people who support him pronounce it "Kai-zar", everyone else uses "See-zur"

For the record, the perfect energy commander would have been temur not jeskai. An easy way for people to relive their love of energy from kaladesh block. Complete miss here from WOTC.

almost perfect is called that because it mixes two different suits of power armor, which means that you ALMOST scavenged a full set

I'm so torn on this product... I LOVE fallout, played the heck out of 3 And 4. But, it just doesn't feel magic... I loved LOTR because it felt like it COULD fit into the multiverse, but Fallout seems so, odd. And the card designs look amazing so far! Agh!

Salty Note: I really dislike the flavor text on Nuclear Fallout because it's a complete betrayal of the original games. Overconsumption drives the USA and other military superpowers to try and expand into their neighboring countries to fuel aggressive economic growth with resources, and those wars are what bring on the nuclear holocaust. Yes they are resource wars, but they weren't because there were too many people, but because of how the world was expropriated by governments and moneyed interests.
They can’t just keep using up IP and then printing these snooze cards!! If you’re gonna use IP make them playable! Sure you can print another Sauruman card, but how long from now will that happen?
Some of these cards are very playable. Pretty sure a lot of universes beyond is a thing to do for new and interesting cards and not format warping cards. Although orcish bowmasters and the one ring have definitely been doing a LOT in modern
A lot of them are good in the decks.
I don't think these cards are snoozers, but even if they were, why should universes beyond be the place to go hardest on power creep? If anything they should be weaker so players who don't like UB can ignore them without sacrificing power. Goofy take
