- My client here has received the laser facial treatment from the Nordlys Frax 1550 laser at The Real You Clinic. Part one of the light and bright course designed to tighten, tone, balance, rejuvenate and restore a general youthfulness to the skin.
The Frax 1550 laser delivers very small, controlled bursts of heat energy to resurface skin. Treatments take just a short time, and healing and recovery are quick.
I am excited to share the progression photos with you, one week after the procedure, which show an outstanding improvement in texture, tone, and luminosity. The next phase is IPL Intense Pulsed Light and my client cannot wait!

Surprised there’s no comments. Question, would you combine the Frax with IPL at the same visit?
Yes absolutely! The Nordlys system treatment combo if IPL plus Frax 1550 +/- 1940 ( called the Light&Bright) is what I often do in my clinic. The Frax modes allow resurfacing on top of the pigment clearance which the IPL gives. I have been using the Nordlys system for over two years and my experience with it has been excellent. The patient results are super and get better over time especially when using the Frax 1550 as it boosts collagen production and reduces pore size and skin looks a lot healthier. In fact I am actually using less toxin on my Frax patients over time. Please check out my instagram @realyouclinic for updated before and after showing Real patient results. Hope this helps you.
@@Realyouclinic good to know that it’s safe to combine the two treatments. I’m assuming you would do the IPL for pigment first as it requires no numbing agents prior to treatment, do you apply numbing prior to Frax treatments?
Me too. I suppose most people don't do firm research before getting ablative vs. non-ablative laser sessions.
