Very helpful to know these differences but it would be really useful to show an example of the different TX and results. The sounds a bit like IPL which I had 2-3 TX on my hands that made a significant difference and has lasted for years.

Im from Bangkok and there are a gazillion clinics here. Although hardly any doctor, on CZcams or even at the clinics, bothers to explain this kind of information. Good to know is, that it does darken first. I had pico done 1.5 weeks ago and after 4 days my pigments were worse, I was really frustrated. But now the skin shed, dark pigment is gone, very nice. Still some healing to do, but it looks so much better now

How long For the healing process ?
@@jackyhoel7939 in my case I'd say after 2 weeks all was gone and the skin was very smoothe. The redness was gone after one week, but the pigmentation itself took a bit. It keeps on getting lighter after the 2 week mark, but you'll need to use a biblical amount of sunscreen and just avoid Tanning.

I have done Cynergy MPX three times to target redness (primarily my cheeks and nose) but I can’t notice a great difference. Would pico plus from Lutronics help my redness? It seems that nothing can clear my red cheeks and nose these days!

fractional laser treatments are gentle, effective and can treat any skin type with minimal chance of hyperpigmentation. It all depends on your skin type and your situation. I encourage you to consult with your provider to assist you with the hyperpigmentation.

in my opinion, it's not recommended to combine the two laser treatments at once. Always treat one type of skin condition first, and then the other. If you have a fractional laser it will take a long time for your skin to repair. if you have the picolaser first the recovery is quicker than the CO2 but still should wait until your skin has had the chance to correct it self. Any time you have a skin resurfacing laser treatment it takes up to 21 days to repair and your skin continues to enhance up to 3 months thereafter. Your provider will be able to assess and provide you constructive feedback. Best of luck!

a qswitch laser is a good choice....eg. RevLite SI Cynosure laser. Regardless of the type of laser, it's important that your provider understands the machine and is conservative with the energy/protocols to avoid hyper pigmentation.

I have recently taken my 2nd pico laser on my whole face+lips. My doctor used low to higher wavelengths laser on and around my lips to treat darkness. It's been 10 days, the lip area where the laser has been passed is too dark, whereas in the other parts of my face, there is no pigmentation. Am so scared now😰😰 My lips are looking too bad. Am not sure if the pigment reduces ever

Hello, i just had my pico laser exactly a week (7 days) i see more darker skin tone on the area that got treated, i have a cafe au lait birthmark,
how long should it take for it to lighten my birthmark and do i need a skin care routine, or just a sunblock is enough?

Did you use retinol or any lighten cream before laser? Bcs if you did, it will give the darker impact to your skin. Hence you should stop wearing retinol few weeks before the laser treatment

the first week i just had to treat my wound
with warm salt every morning and night
and a sunlock spf50 at morning
thats all i did,
