It is possible because the Metamycete has catalogued all, like how Miranda brought back Eveline using Rose(likely dual personality struggles with Rose being dominant). Rose or Duke(assuming he is also molded) can innoculate more hosts or break off a piece of them self with intention/instruction to transform into certain individual. Much easier because they were connected to Miranda by mycete network and now know how to do so. Even improve the process.

I feel like everybody feels either one of two ways about this game. They either say it’s one of their favorite titles of the franchise, or it’s very mediocre. Judging from the majority of reviews, everyone enjoyed it either way. Personally, it’s one of my favorite titles in the franchise alongside Re4 and Re2 Remake.

Well Jill Valentine, Chris, Claire Redfield, Leon S. Kennedy, Rebecca Chambers, Ada Wong, Albert Wesker and now Ethan, Mia and Rose Winters hell even the Umbrella Corporation themselves are all the faces of Resident Evil to me.

This game was basically a love letter to RE 4, so if you didn't enjoy that game chances are you wouldn't enjoy this one either.
It RE4 with RE7 characters and RE3 remake graphics.
How about enemies that grow in intelligence the more you use a certain thing or weapon so you have to be smarter+ creative in the way you use it. Nothing scarier than running out of options.

Sounds like you've skipped a few pills.
I think VR wasn't going to work given how big the game is. It worked in RE 7 because the game is pretty much set in a house, a green house, a warehouse and a small underground section. That's it. RE 8's map is massive in comparison.
I beat the game on ps5 3 times since launch and I loved the guns and graphics
