Soo kind of a serious question. I have some symptoms that don't really lead to anything (according to Google Soo yeeah) but I'm worried it's throat cancer. My dad's side of my family has had a history of throat cancer, I look a lot like my dad compared to my 3 other siblings. My throat has started hurting almost like a brain freeze about 2 months ago. It's not straight in the middle but rather on the sides of my throat, mainly my right side. Just recently it's been hurting randomly and it feels like a small lump where it hurts on the right side of my throat again. When I eat, sometimes it hurts, or I need to take a sip of water to wash it down. None of this isn't on any list anywhere I could find but I was still wondering what you thought on it and of you think I should really be worried.
