    Don't file your emails into different inbox folders. Use the categories, similar to labels in Gmail. That way you can apply more than one category for an email if necessary and the main search will find all your emails whether archived or not and you can filter by category within main search.

      Great tip! There are multiple ways to organize, the key is to have some type of system that you can stick to. Better yet, move away from email as your primary form of communication and use topic-based messaging platforms for an even more seamless communication experience.

    Scheduling Poll is new, included and it is awesome, it will even block out the attentive times until a time is agreed upon. LOVE IT. I use it when scheduling for several people across several time zones.

    In the Office 365 suite, there's an equivalent to Calendly called Bookings. Would that not be a better option since it's from Microsoft and integrated into the 365 platform vs. third-party software? Personally, I've not used either tool; perhaps you could comment on them?

    • @BulbDigital
      @BulbDigital  Před rokem +3

      Yes, Bookings is a similar tool! When we started using Calendly it was the market leader and a better tool than Bookings, but now they are much closer in functionality. These tools continue to evolve and get better and better - we highly recommend using them to make your scheduling life easier!

    There's scheduling assistant on Outlook though... although you may not be able to see what someone is busy with, you can still see his / her availability and schedule accordingly.

    • @BulbDigital
      @BulbDigital  Před 7 měsíci

      Scheduling assistant on Outlook is a helpful tool for scheduling internal meetings with others in your organization, but not as helpful for scheduling a meeting with someone external, as you are unable to view their calendar blocks. We use Calendly for scheduling with partners, clients, vendors and other external parties and it's super helpful.
      For meetings internally you are totally right, scheduling assistant does the trick!

    Can you talk about how to copy and paste text and links in outlook email, it does not work for me when I right click it command V. Did they remove the paste feature?

    • @BulbDigital
      @BulbDigital  Před 11 měsíci

      Hey there! For copy/paste in Outlook: you have two options. You can place your cursor into the email and then use the keyboard shortcut ctrl V to paste or you can use your mouse and right click in the email and choose the "paste" option on the drop down menu, it may appear as a clipboard icon. For links, you can paste the URL directly into the email following the instructions I just outlined, or you can highlight the text of your choice and right click, chose the "Link" option at the very bottom and paste the link's URL into the "Address:" section and click ok. Thanks for watching, hope these tips help!

    Can you add an image or company logo to Microsoft Outlook 2024 ribbon?

    • @BulbDigital
      @BulbDigital  Před 2 měsíci

      We might have given you false hope. There actually isn't a way to add your company/logo to the ribbon.
      We added the Dunder Mifflin logo in after effects. This would be a neat feature though!
